Wut?

She says they have a new single out in March.

If you listen to the end of the interview she says "It's a good one, it has quite a summery vibe and it's released on St Patricks Day, It's called What About Us", plus why were they talking about Chasing The Saturdays when that was all last year and it's not really relevant this year.

Oh my god, BYEEEEEEEEEE.

Can't believe I didn't pick on it.

Jesus.

The fact that Not Giving Up is album only is a dead giveaway that's the new single.

I'd say that pretty much confirmed it. They also made the remix album only too to stop people buying that instead.

If that's true, then the music video would have to be out by the end of January (four weeks). Considering they haven't even announced the single yet officially (or announced they'll be announcing it ) and the fact they need to shoot a video and edit it and the fact they probably won't be doing any of that until way after Christmas and New Year then I'd say the date is probably fake.
That website's usually reliable so I think the date is true. It sounds like a reasonable date anyway. Giving it a proper push, time to film the video and book promo, etc.
Oooh I hope I hope I hope I hope!!! Atleast there is so news kinda... anyway :D
Kinda sad that they need to make it album only for now though don't you think?
I think they want a decent sized hit out of it because it will help sell the album :)
It'll ensure it gets a high peak. Very good idea IMO, it'll look better on them in the future. Work didn't do awfully for a #22 hit at all (especially with it being single #5 from a 300k+ selling album) but is painted as a flop it seems due to its peak.

Didn't it sell more than MHTO & 30 Days & Gentleman? For a 5th single of an album that is mighty impressive, Yes!! It is really smart what they are doing. They are maximising profit & Sales :)

Maybe they're arranging a rent-a-rapper - which I'm never keen on but seems to give them their highest selling songs. I think they should arrange a killer remix with a big name like Calvin Harris.

Either way, I hope Radio 1 A-lists them, Capital doesn't play the song for just 2 weeks and they have at least one biggish promo slot (dancing on Ice) backed up with some others. And it should sell 300k.

It did indeed sell more than all of them. Not too far behind If This Is Love either, the #8 debut single. :P

Oh and a rent-a-rapper could work very well! The Saturdays feat. Pitbull PLEASE

FLO RIDA FLO RIDA FLIGHT RIDA :kink: :heehee:

If they did go for the rent a rapper, I can see them sticking with UK rappers. Tinie Tempah or Professor Green. However I can imagine Mollie being like "Guys I think we should use Jordan again!"

^_^

Speaking of him, I do not want to sound mean but does anyone else imagine saliva spewing everywhere when he does his rap on Anywhere With You? :P

'Work' was peaking in the week that "Michael Jackson death effect" was in full swing, it would have peaked at #17 if it wasn't for that which doesn't look as bad.

Pit and his bulge are needed tbh.

If they got another rapper I'd LOVE it to be someone like T.I or Wiz Khalifa but it'd probably be Dizzee Rascal or Wiley.
I just hope it's not Shaggy.
