Finally got it through a proxy! The first half of the video is alright but the second half is phenomenal! I like the changes to Frankie's part and the intro and outro as well.

I don't think citroen was fitting for the 80s in Disco Love ;)

They had a Citroen camper at the start of it.

I can't believe it's trending worldwide on Twitter! #SMASHURDAYS
FRANKIE IS THE REAL QUEEN.

Who is the fake queen?

Rochelle.

Frankie > Rochelle > Vanessa > Mollie > Una.

Totto, why is 'Not Giving Up' doing so well in Netherlands?

Omg I'm shocked, I have no idea. I could say it's all because of Totto of course, we all would believe that. But I actually haven't ordered anything. I think it's definitely time for Rochelle and the Saturday to get their sexy asses here and perform for lil' ol' me.

It's currently 78!!

Loving the subtle changes in the radio edit! Frankie's middle 8... *.*

I have no complaints about the video. The Citroen product placement amused me :kink: and overall it's a sleek and stylish video.

Please let this be a big hit.

Seriously, this needs to be another #1 for them because it would be hilarious they struggled for 4-5 years to get ONE, just to have another one one year later...from the same album. :heehee:

It would be quite ironic ^_^

I definitely think it's within reach. The song and video have been received well. If they can keep the buzz and momentum going, paired with decent airplay and promo, I can see it nabbing the #1 or at least making the Top 2.

Same tbh.

A small #1, though.

Omg!!! Simply amazing!!! Literally simple :kink: Probably up there with AFU video wise and defo my fave single everrrrr from them!!!! OMGIJUSTLOVEITSOMUCH! Oh and from what I can see it's all good comments on youtube :D #SLAYERDAYS!

I really really like this video! It looks slick, sexy and amazing. I really like that change to the middle8

Only thing I'm disappointed in is the dance scenes. It's basicly just them shaking their hios while holding a lamp. I expectes a bit more

Tbh, it's the first time the pre orders haven't just dropped so quickly, it's had more longevity in the top 100 than most of their other songs. Number one here we come

It's not top 100 yet though..

Currently #821 on UK itunes. I expect it to climb throughout today though and possibly peak inside the top 100. Maybe "do a 'Word Up!'" and peak at 80-something, before falling away slowly before release.

A lot of hate for the video on Twitter, with people calling the video cheap and low rent. Maybe it's because I'm a fan and am a bit bias because I want them to do well, but I think it looks quick slick and expensive (even though it's just a studio job).

The only bit I can't stand is the car at the start, but I understand they need to fund the video somehow. I LOVE the subtle changes to the song, and can't listen to the album version now, so can't wait to own the radio edit.

No pre-order link on the video though. :nono: That be an obvious marketing fail.

Capital have tweeted about the song a few times now. Time to start rinsing it?

OK...

The Video

Its clearly not a huge budget, but after the poor sales of LFTW, you can't blame them for economising slightly, but even though they havn't spent a load of money on it, it does look very classy and slick. Simple is better sometimes.

I love the lights, its good to have "a thing" about the video that people can relate too/refer too when talking about the video rather than them just randomly dancing.

Its a shame the lights didnt switch to multi color during the chorus' but then that would have cost more.

They look flawless!

The Track

I love that they have only made small changes, because the changes work! I love that the vocals are slightly louder too.
