Posted December 27, 201311 yr So, I was lucky enough to be a guest at Britney's final dress rehearsal for Piece Of Me last night. Here's some of the stuff: http://b-spears.net/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/022f.jpg http://www.britneyphoto.org/albums/concert/Britney%20Piece%20Of%20Me/26%20Decembre%20-%20Piece%20of%20Me/normal_10.jpg http://www.britneyphoto.org/albums/concert/Britney%20Piece%20Of%20Me/26%20Decembre%20-%20Piece%20of%20Me/normal_03.jpg http://www.britneyphoto.org/albums/concert/Britney%20Piece%20Of%20Me/26%20Decembre%20-%20Piece%20of%20Me/normal_24.jpg http://www.britneyphoto.org/albums/concert/Britney%20Piece%20Of%20Me/26%20Decembre%20-%20Piece%20of%20Me/normal_26.jpg http://www.britneyphoto.org/albums/concert/Britney%20Piece%20Of%20Me/26%20Decembre%20-%20Piece%20of%20Me/16.jpg http://www.britneyphoto.org/albums/concert/Britney%20Piece%20Of%20Me/26%20Decembre%20-%20Piece%20of%20Me/normal_15.jpg -qwJlvwWPqo#t=0 MAJOR PROPS TO HER VOCAL COACH, HE MADE BRITNEY SOUND EXACTLY LIKE THE CD. OFFICIALLY SLAIN!!! Edited December 27, 201311 yr by Luciano
December 27, 201311 yr Wonder if she sang anything live, I felt like she was starting to grow stronger on vocals after Femme Fatale not that I'm expecting everything live, just some bits over the top of the track
December 27, 201311 yr She has lip synced in EVERY country with critisim. Why would VEgas mmake a blind bit of difference?
December 28, 201311 yr Author She was amazing, from the videos I've seen. Her dancing was on point, imo. She lipsynched the whole show, though. Even the ballads "Everytime", "Perfume" and "Lucky" where she didn't move much or at all. I think it's important to point this out cause this time we were told by her management she was having a vocal coach and that the show would be fully sung live, which ended up being a lie.
December 28, 201311 yr Author GIMME MORE/BREAK THE ICE yMfCi6ipXAs This is one of my favourites from what I've seen.
December 28, 201311 yr You always have to take it with a pinch of salt when it comes to what the record company says about Britney singing live. I do feel though, that she will gradually sing more and more of it live. Once she's used to the choreography (there were a couple of stumbly moments during WB that I saw) but that will all come with time with someone like Britney, who's clearly not comfortable with singing live (and we all know if she had her choice - as much as she says she loves doing it - she'd rather retire). But for a first show, I thought she was strong. But like I said, she'll get more and more confident. EDIT: That slightly rockier version of GM is brilliant. Reminds me of the Travis Barker remix for 'Crank Dat' My point was actually starting to be correct. The dancing in GM/BTI was a lot more cohesive and a LOT stronger than when she was doing WB (which is the opening act, right?)
December 28, 201311 yr Author I think this pic was going a bit far, but I love the fact that the Britney community is happy and cheerful again, especially when I've seen this posted on Exhale: http://oi39.tinypic.com/330hfo6.jpg

And that's why I feel as a fan I have to make the most of this, the new music, the new concert, everything. I'm very happy about how everything is turning out to be so far. I love the new album, this show seems very entertaining and legendary. I'm really enjoying everything so far.
December 28, 201311 yr Definitely looks like she's improved since Femme Fatale and seems to be improving every year since the breakdown, she will never be as energetic and on point as she once was but at least its a slow step in the right direction. I do wish she would at least do the slower songs somewhat live especially after they say she will sing live but whatever its never gonna happen.
December 29, 201311 yr GTEGIJDRBGGTVFBHGDGT This is her best performing in ages! I prefer it to the Onyx Hotel!!
December 29, 201311 yr It's better than Femme Fatale tour for sure but it's still not a world class performance by any means. Did she properly talk to the audience at all?
December 29, 201311 yr Author It's better than Femme Fatale tour for sure but it's still not a world class performance by any means. Did she properly talk to the audience at all? She asked the audience to help her count to 3 before performing 3. She asked for a volunteer before performing Freakshow. She said the theatre is beautiful and she loves Vegas and thanked the people for making her feel like home.
December 29, 201311 yr Author BEST TOUR OUTFIT SINCE ONYX HOTEL: This replaced opening night's Freakshow outfit and let me tell you, it suits her so well.
