Ed Sheeran will probably take the #1 album with performances on the The Royal Variety Performance, Collabro should do well with their album as they are performing. Ed Sheeran is also performing Thursday on BBC1 Awards Show, One Direction should stay top 5 as they are performing on both shows.

So it could be a double celebration for Ed Sheeran on both charts. Unless Band Aid 30 gets to #1 with physicals.

I hope not. Being #1 on both charts is even worse and besides, it would be good for 2014 to go without a chart double. If it does, it will be the first year since 2000 to go without a chart double

There appears to be some sort of large Christmas sale on iTunes at the minute: a lot of albums have been cut down to £4.99 (standard) or £6.99 (deluxe), including many recent ones.
I'm hoping her album will do well, still a long wait though

Looks like there are no new releases of any note this week. Ed Sheeran will be heading for an easy 12th week at #1 then (probably with very high sales again as there are a few days left of pre-Xmas sales) and it looks like the next new releases that might challenge his position are Mark Ronson/Fall Out Boy/Enter Shikari on 19/1, so unless New Year's sales push something else back to #1 Ed could quite easily get to 15+ weeks!
