Interesting - I've just been looking at the Instagram Stories of Jacamo (it's a men's clothing label for the taller gentleman, those who've not heard of it). They've been doing a Q&A on there with Freddie Flintoff, who's their ambassador/model, whilst shooting the Spring/Summer 19 range. When asked what his guilty pleasure was along with chocolate and 'The Greatest Showman', his response? Little Mix. Who'd thunk it?

How do you know there losing ? There’s no leaderboard this year so no one knows who’s winning atm .

Twitter stans have made up votes and each time they update the numbers are so different to the previous update. We have no real way of telling but my guess is that LM is in the lead as they have had more tweets every hour so far.

It does seem to be the Brits' equivalent of the 'Annual Ant & Dec Award' at the NTAs, or when Westlife used to win 'Record of the Year' on ITV every year with a single that had barely been out for a month. It's ridiculous. Especially when Niall Horan never gets nominated solo when he's clearly the best.

 

I'm especially aggrieved that the one year Olly Murs could have walked away with a Brit (2013, when 'Troublemaker' was up for Best Single), they cut off the British public being able to vote for it because 1D's crazy stans had rigged the voting for 'What Makes You Beautiful' to win the year before. Yes, I'm bitter about it :angry:

Rita posted something on IG about voting for her/Liam so that '1D get another award'. Kinda' shitty tactic but hey ho.

 

I can't see them winning now, which would sting even more than last year since WLM is actually deserving of the award this time around. Plus it would be ANOTHER 1D-related loss. Saying that, I really don't see why they/their team are gunning so hard for the win. 'Best Video' is hardly that great an accolade given that it's fan-voted. The fact that 'Touch' was even in contention last year over the likes of 'New Rules' says it all. :lol:

Not sure how this works though. Coz Little Mix for example could've led every single day, but the last day could be when Liam/Rita win etc.. do all the votes get counted together?

Yeah, I reckon The 1975 are pretty much guaranteed to receive Best Group, which sucks but at least their material has been strong this era. If Arctic Monkeys win I'll FUME. Their album was legitimately one of the worst I've ever heard, and I'm saying that as someone who was formerly a fan (of the music, at least. Alex Turner can rot).

 

Least they've got a good chance of nabbing Best Video! Especially if they're performing WLM.
