January 13, 201411 yr Author Also the coldness in some interviews as a means of conveying ~art~. The recent BBC one being the prime example. She has so much to say but it's sometimes lost behind the theatrics. I get why she does it and it sets her apart from some of her contemporaries but smile sometimes and just answer the flippin' questions :/

Hypes up too much sometimes, it's better to be surprised and hit with amazing music then expect it and be disappointed Other than that, she is flawless! :D
January 13, 201411 yr I think the single biggest thing she does to annoy me, even more than the hubris, is that she is still possessed with the ability to write a killer pop song (Gypsy, Artpop) yet the majority of the times either refuses to, or chooses not to in favour of some tuneless shite. Obviously the BTW SAGA was also incredibly irritating, for a multitude of reasons.

The music on random days things spits on my inner chart loon everytime :/ The hype was fun for 'Born This Way'. The "pop-emergency" to start 'ARTPOP' was a disaster.

'Applause' was an acceptable pop video, but I want something that compares to some of the greats she did before that video for 'Alejandro' came along.

January 14, 201411 yr Author It helped me on my "journey" to come to terms with myself as corny as that sounds. I'm sure it did so for a handful of others too at least. I can say it accomplished what it set out to for that reason alone (alongside the campaigning/tour too).
July 15, 201411 yr For a start releasing "Alejandro" over "Dance In The Dark", then releasing "You & I" over much more better tracks such as "Goverment Hooker", "Marry The Night" or "Sciede"

July 16, 201411 yr 1. Leaves 10/10 tracks on her albums and doesn't release them as singles (Starstruck, Dance In The Dark, Hair, Scheiße, Gypsy) 2. Doesn't care too much about charts which could be seen as a positive however I want her to do well commercially because she's the best person in music atm and it's a joke that sometimes rubbish generic tracks perform better than her music. 3. Single Releases have been a mess since Judas 4. Hypes things up and then never gives the same project a second thought (do what you want video, telephone continuation, born this way 2nd video) however saying this, her pro's outweigh her con's and she is still an amazing artist.
