Been a fan since Madonna started. Received my Deluxe version this morning and have played it twice and love it! 19 track, 74 minute albums often drag for me and I get bored but this doesn't feel overlong and is fantastic. Definitely her best since Confessions but I actually liked MDNA and Hard Candy. Where are the lyrics though?

Best tracks for me: Devil Pray, Ghost Town, Body Shop, Hold Tight and Iconic.

Anyone else having trouble choosing which of the 3 album covers to use on itunes? I love them all.

Yes. I was going to buy the Vinyl this week but it's not out until the 30th, so I need to choose between one of the CDs.

The Super Deluxe and Deluxe covers both slay my eyes. I don't like the Standard cover as much. I love the photoshoots from the era, though, and the foldout pictures in the Super Deluxe packaging are really nice.

Can anyone post pictures of the booklets from the Deluxe and Standard editions, please?

24,965 copies sold as of the Wednesday update - up almost 4.9k on Tuesday's. There is still speculation that there's still sales missing but I don't think so now.
5k per day does seem about right, so that would indeed bring her to in and around 35-40k for the week. It'll be very close.
Don't albums usually get quite the boost on a Saturday?

For comparison, here's what MDNA sold throughout its first week:

Tuesday Update: 32,845

Wednesday Update: 38,631 (+5,786)

Thursday Update: 43,171 (+4,540)

Friday Update: 46,883 (+3,712)

Sunday Chart: 55,335 (+9,452) (~4,726 per day)

I agree that 35-40k seems likely for Madonna. Thing is, Sam Smith is on course to do 30k+ and that's without the Comic Relief boost in mind.

I think Sam Smith has this week, sadly. If Madonna had her interview on Friday or had done it last week, she'd have the number 1.

Sam will probably do crazy numbers post-comic relief, even though people should have that album already.

I hope all the freeloaders brought a copy.

Thanks for the info as always Liam.

Well, I've bought it 4 times (one of each variant, plus vinyl) so I can't do much more.

Streaming :smoke:

I blackmailed some friends into buying it. Did my bit.

You can buy me a copy. I'll PM you my address if you like :D

I just actually listened to the album version of 'Wash All Over Me', what the FUCK?! They have totally ruined it.

'Rebel Heart' isn't as good either, but it's still good in some way.

I made my choice and went with the Deluxe, I wanted the artwork that represented the era best. I've also bought it on iTunes, so that's 2 sales from me now.
Wash All Over Me is like 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 times better in album form. It was utterly generic and faceless before but now it's one of the most 'Madonna' tracks on the album, not to mention one of the best. It has an almost ethereal quality to it, it reminds me a lot of Ray of Light whereas the debut reminded me a lot of generic radio filler song #167 from last year.
Wash All Over Me is so beautiful in it's album form
I just noticed that Rebel Heart has jumped straight from 56 (yesterday) to #1 on the Deezer streaming charts. Spotify took away their streaming album charts today, but Deezer is the #2 streaming site.
