The consecutive run Girls Aloud had was *.* too. If only Long Hot Summer had been shoehorned onto Now 62 with Biology.

Weird that they said that Busted's Crashed The Wedding was released too late too appear on Now 56...could have been saved for Now 57!?!

Maybe NOW weren't so fortunate back then to get double appearances. Crashed the Wedding is better than Who's David though. Shame that Girls Aloud didn't have a single out for NOW 67! (Was "The Theme to St. Trinian's" out around that time?)

It would've been nice to see them go into more detail about some of the Spin-Offs, especially the first NOW Summer album which has TWO Beatles songs on it!

Not quite, it was a few months later. I guess 2007 was their biggest gap between singles until the 2009-12 drought.

True. Also, just looking at the book again.... have you noticed the major mistake on the NOW 57 track listing

 How random! Other than that, I see no faults. I wonder if we'll get another book when we reach NOW 100

Buleria by David Bisbal is listed in place of I'm Lovin' It. God knows where they plucked that song out of, although it was also released around the same time (in Spain, presumably).
ROFL at that mistake... I mean, it's not as if David Bisbal ever did or ever will touch a NOW album. Where could that have come from?
Really enjoying Now Million. Such a great tracklisting.

I bought that earlier too, will give it a spin tomorrow.

Gotta wait till Thursday to buy it. I'm hoping NOW Million's track listing wont be copied and pasted for NOW Legends. 'Cos NOW Million is a pretty close copy of NOW No. 1 in 2012. I'm actually really interested in getting NOW 90s as well now.

Also, according to Amazon we'll be getting a new NOW Musicals and a NOW That's What I Call a Party. That should be good :cheer:

Something About The Way You Look Tonight, nice as it is, feels a bit out of place even though it's technically the biggest selling single of all time

I doubt it would have made the top five without Candle In The Wind tacked onto it, but I guess we'll never know.

I know right. It's like putting "Heartbeat" by Steps on there instead of "Tragedy"

Disc 2 is so *.* It features about ten of my all time favourite songs.

There should be more than enough leftover to make a second volume of this in the future, as long as they can get the rights to the songs.

That said, I guess it would be packed with Teletubbies, Bob The Builder etc...And I know it's a Xmas song but Band Aid really should have been on here, although the Now book explains that the compilers actively avoid ever putting Xmas songs on the numbered compilations.

I'd like a sequel to NOW Million as well, especially since so many recent chart songs seem to reach a million copies. Disc 3 looks like it'll be my fave disc, there are some amazing 90s tracks on there

The first second of Saturday Night is a bit distorted for some reason but the rest of the album is really great, brilliant tracklist and sequencing.

I'd be up for a second volume. Spice Girls and Celine Dion have another track to lend (should have saved Rule The World so Take That could appear again!) Lady Gaga and Adele have two tracks to choose from and it would be amazing to get a Beatles track on there too! Plus Rihanna has a fair few and Bryan Adams, Michael Jackson, Daft Punk and ABBA would be in with a shout of appearing. Maybe in a couple of years if a few more classics pass the mark (Especially For You) we could see a new version just as good?

They may even include Candle In The Wind 97

That sounds great! I bet they could get them all if they have a big enough budget

Someone said that the tracks overlap each other, is that true?

I've only played the album in full but the gaps between songs on disc 2 especially are almost none existent.
