Is it too much to ask for Loreen 'Euphoria' to appear? :teresa:

Seriously though, Kelly Clarkson 'Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)', Nicki Minaj 'Starships' and Cher Lloyd 'Want U Back' and I'll be more than happy :)

NO ILL MANORS OR STARSHIPS WTF

WHAT!? WHY have they left off Nicki?! :( Interesting that they seem to have added Sean's new one though, before release. When is this released?

The only song I'm really bothered about being on there is Kelly! other than that all the others are either disappointing, I don't like them or I'm bored of them. :nocheer:

EDIT: also WHAT at the omission of 'Good Feeling' by Flo? I get that he's already got 'Wild Ones' on there, but wouldn't have harmed them to include this as well, considering it's a number one and all!

Oh and no 'Hot Right Now'? This tracklist is boring and unappealing to me :(

Where is Good Feeling?

I prefer Wild Ones, but surely Good Feeling should have made the cut...

Yay, Military Wives made it :D

Can't complain at Gotye being Disc 1, track 1, even if it was wildly obvious! Seems strange not to include Good Feeling along with Wild Ones, it was HUGE. I know Levels is there but still...other than that it represents the best of the last 4 months quite competently I'd say, far better than Now 78 from this time last year, which is one of my least favourite Now's to date.

DJ Fresh's Hot Right Now missing too, along with Starships & Good Feeling.

Bar the surprising omission of Starships and Good Feeling, thats more or less an expected tracklisting, Disc 1 is infinitely better than Disc 2 though, I usually think the opposite strangely

They could have removed Jessie's 'Who You Are' and replaced it with one of either DJ Fresh 'Hot Right Now', Nicki Minaj 'Starships' and Flo-Rida 'Good Feeling'. They've had 44 tracks on a Now before, have they not? :(
Double appearances for Sia, Jessie J, Rihanna, Pixie Lott and Rizzle Kicks, thought When I Was A Youngster would have been skipped actually :o

WHY THE HELL IS Who You Are on the new Now album!

Two Pixie Songs

oh I just noticed Hot Right Now isn't on there either! considering that was one of the few number 1s so far this year that is surprising :o

edit: 13,000 posts! I sense bad luck in here somewhere...

The majority of posts I have seen on the interent about the track listing are pretty dissapointed. The ordering seems off and more importantly how can you miss off some of the biggest hits of the past couple months... Number 1's from Flo-Rida - Good Feelin' and DJ Fresh feat Rita Ora - Hot Right Now plus Nicki Minaj - Starships and David Guetta feat Nicki Minaj - Turn Me On. Put these 4 on and remove When I Was A Youngster (as you already have the bigger selling/higher peaking Mama Do The Hump) and You Da One (as you already have RiRi on Take Care and You Da One wasn't a very high selling/peaking song)

I was talking to my tutor who worked at Universal about why some songs don't get added until a later now and it's because they're still getting a large amount of air time on radio. And so I think that clears up Nicki & DJ Fresh quite well, plus DJ Fresh seems to be a hit/miss with the NOWs. I remember getting disappointed when Gold Dust wasn't featured on a NOW (although it did get added to Now Dance 2010).

As for the tracklisting, I think it's very good! Some fantastic songs and I love the continuity of artists like Katy Perry, Lady Gaga and Kelly Clarkson. Plus all the songs I wanted (Born to Die & THE) got added. plus, FLORENCE!!

And as for Flo Rida. I prefer Wild Ones because "Good Feeling" is crap compared to the original.

Again, a WTF for Sean Paul. Maybe it's something NOW have to do to keep Warner Music happy, like when they added the Cee Lo Green songs to NOW 78 & 79.

So it seems they've switched Jason Mraz with Flo-Rida 'Good Feeling'!

NOW Fans! We have had to change a song on the NOW 81 tracklist - Jason Mraz has been switched with Flo Rida - Good Feeling! Here is the final tracklist:

CD 1

1 Gotye feat Kimbra - Somebody That I Used To Know

2 Coldplay - Paradise

3 Ed Sheeran - Lego House

4 Emeli Sandé - Next To Me

5 Kelly Clarkson - Stronger (What Doesn’t Kill You)

6 Jessie J - Domino

7 David Guetta feat Sia – Titanium

8 Flo Rida – Good Feeling

9 Katy Perry - The One That Got Away

10 Labrinth - Last Time

11 Rizzle Kicks - Mama Do The Hump

12 Olly Murs - Dance With Me Tonight

13 Pixie Lott - Kiss The Stars

14 One Direction - One Thing

15 Marcus Collins - Seven Nation Army

16 Florence + The Machine - Shake It Out

17 Drake feat Rihanna - Take Care

18 Lana Del Rey - Born To Die

19 Little Mix - Cannonball

20 JLS - Proud

21 Military Wives Choir, Gareth Malone & The London Metropolitan Orchestra - Wherever You Are

Woulda preferred Nicki as there are no other Nicki songs. But I guess that's a bit better, but Jason Mraz wasn't the problem I had with the tracklist...

EDIT: Oh and Spiral interesting thing about the airplay thing. But how does that explain why they decide to include pre-releases? (Well, songs that don't get released until the week before or a few weeks after) Unless they get them couple for "exclusivity" or whatever, I guess. No doubt JLS will be made "Album Only" anyway. They could still switch 'Who You Are' for Nicki and DJ Fresh :(

I think it's just to boost sales of albums since JLS and Sean Paul have already released stuff from their albums. The NOW series are a great way of promotion according to my tutor and she has got a point

Aw, the Jason Mraz song has actually grown on me quite a bit, they could have left it on there and just had 43 tracks, they've had more than that in the past.

Obviously the Flo Rida inclusion is a very good/sensible one though, a ton of double appearances on this edition. Shows how easy it is to quickly rack up multiple hits in the download age.

I'm very disappointed this time around. I wish they had still included Jason Mraz's song too as think its great. Certainly not as good as the more recent Now albums.
Tinchy Stryder should also be applauded for being on five consecutive NOW albums without anyone really caring.

HMV have included Jason Mraz track on CD1. I hope this is the correct tracklisting.

why is he still getting added to these? Are his songs actual hits?
