January 23, 201411 yr Bastille top 10, well done to them! I knew 'Talk Dirty' would be a huge hit there someday too.
January 23, 201411 yr Yes Bastille! Great to see them top 10 in the US. Hopefully 'Dark Horse' can climb to #1 next week.
January 23, 201411 yr Oh 'Team' and 'Pompeii' actually have both entered the top 10 :cheer: Unprecedented level of movement ~ Nice to see 'Thinking About You' giving Calvin another Hot 100 hit but gonna assume it's not going to make the top 20 like its predecessors :P
January 23, 201411 yr great to see 3 British acts in the US Top 10.... Something that hasn't happened in a long time... Hopefully Ellie Goulding's 'Burn' will climb into the top 10 and becomes the 4th...
January 23, 201411 yr Did GaGa have a high peak with DWUW? US Chart Run: [13-58-48-18-20-17-18-16-16-23-17-19-19] - 13 WeeksUS Sales: 916,558
January 25, 201411 yr Author From Billboard: Imagine Dragons, AWOLNATION: Here's this week's update, as the acts continue their long stays on the Hot 100. Logging its 73rd week, the former's "Radioactive" (No. 41) is now three frames from tying for the Hot 100's longest-charting hit, a mark held by Jason Mraz's "I'm Yours" (76 weeks, 2008-09). AWOLNATION's "Sail" (No. 47) also remains in the running for the record, as it tallies its 71st week on the ranking, the chart's third-longest stay. (With descending songs removed from the Hot 100 below No. 50, however, hopes for "Sail" to make history could be sunk possibly as soon as next week.)
January 25, 201411 yr At least with Billboard changing the recurrent rule, there's still a SMALL chance that Radioactive or Sail could re-enter in the future (although the same applied for I'm Yours).
January 25, 201411 yr Hi britster, you forgot the number #06 of digital songs top 10 Jason Derulo feat. 2 Chainz - Talk Dirty, 148,000
January 25, 201411 yr Author Hi britster, you forgot the number #06 of digital songs top 10 Jason Derulo feat. 2 Chainz - Talk Dirty, 148,000 and I forgot the total for Pharrell - 120,000
January 25, 201411 yr Is this 1D song becoming one of their longest lasting hits? Pretty good for a boyband to be on their 3rd studio album and still able to please radio.
January 25, 201411 yr And yes, great to see the Brit action... and look at John Newman there comfortably in the lower top 40! I wonder who else is on the radar though. Is the Naughty Boy "la la" getting a release seeing as its done well internationally? And have they given up on the Emeli Sande project and just waiting for album #2 for a new round of US promo? What about Little Mix? I heard the 2nd album was coming in Feb but no news of any single yet?
January 25, 201411 yr Is this 1D song becoming one of their longest lasting hits? Pretty good for a boyband to be on their 3rd studio album and still able to please radio. 'Still' is a misleading word in this particular situation - this is only the second time they've been able to please US radio.

What about Little Mix? I heard the 2nd album was coming in Feb but no news of any single yet? Yes: Both "La La La" (Sam Smith/Naughty Boy) and "Latch" (Sam Smith/Disclosure) were sent to radio this month. I doubt either will do much sadly. :(
January 26, 201411 yr ^ They're both getting some airplay atm. La La La is #38 on the pop chart and Latch is #90. Also La La La is #66 on the rhythmic chart.
