I do agree with Rich that I don't quite think Molly is going to be able to win either, I'm actually thinking Greece are going to be right in with a chance with a second half draw. If not Greece, then Hungary are looking strong but especially The Netherlands who are the favourites in my opinion at the moment.
Greece better not win. There are a number of great potential winners and it would be OFFENSIVE if that pile of excretion were to win out.

I'm trying not to be a pessimist but there are going to be a lot of broken hearts here on Saturday night if everybody's expecting Molly to win and she falls short!

It is pretty much my favourite song in the contest, joint with Sanna, so I'd love to believe that either of those could win, and Sanna looks a little more likely at this moment in time (UK are 5th in the odds, 5th in the fan polls etc..., Sanna's topping everything). For the first time in a long time I really can't predict the winner, so many fors and againsts for every single song in the contest.

This is one of the most unpredictable finals I have seen, it's so wide-open so I'm not even going to try and predict the top 10
I really like the Greek entry and I love THEM (not just for their looks - they really seem to be getting into the spirit of the contest), and it'll clearly do well, but I can't see it winning at all. The juries have an average age of 40 this year - do you really think they'll be that on board, or that they'd landslide the televote enough to make up for that?
Is the scoring the same as last year (the whole 'average rank' thing)? Ireland fell victim to it last year and I have a feeling it'll happen again. Still bitter over the fact that Belarus was in front of Ireland by a TINY average in both sets of votes but still managed to position themselves ten places higher on the scoreboard. :(

I'm feeling this is more of a sanna is going to win but the Netherlands and Armenia won't be far behind her. I agree about Greece too - I don't really like it but it is going stand out a lot in a sea of ballads.

It might just be because we are so use to losing and having a little 'they won't give us the top marks' engraved in to our heads but I don't think the song is just quite good enough to win! But I want to be wrong and With great staging, vocals, performance, pyros and no ugly knee high gladiator shoes - just maybe she can do it. I'm sooo over waiting for a uk win and the need of public perception to be changed and restored so that we can always expect support and an amazing artist to be sent!

The odds seem to be changing every few minutes - UK back up to 4th favourite, Just shows how close all the top songs are and how wide open the contest is for the first time in years
People keep laughing at me when I say I think we'll win this year. :( They pull out the 'politics' card, I pull out the Jade Ewen card. They have no time for my justification. :(

They're right too. I'll run naked through Piccadilly Circus if we win. If the song was another country's it may have a chance. Top 5 at best for the UK.

Of ALL the negative factors Molly has going for her, being for the UK is pretty much bottom of the list and probably accounts for like 0.01% of the actual scoring on the night. Right now I'm a tad more worried about how static she seems to be in the first half of the performance.

Did the song Mother by that fattish guy get through on Tuesday? I missed the results but liked that.

Apart from that I like Spain's entry.

Thankfully it did not.

I'm disappointed. He looked a bit like Paul Potts who won the first BGT.

Good to see Armenia fall a bit coz he wasn't that impressive on Tuesday. The fire he used *was* impressive if u watch the performance right near the stage (I might've lost my eyebrows after that~) but it doesn't translate well onto tv. Many people I talk to here are underwhelmed as well.
I don't understand the Paul Potts thing - the guy isn't singing opera and he doesn't look anything like him. It's just a fat man in a suit? It's like saying any black woman performing looks like Beyoncé or anybody with a brown bob looks look Katy perry.

Yawn.

But the song.... AWKWARD

Would you sing THAT to your mother?

I just heard that "the host announced the wrong number of portugal's song..he said 14 instead of 13. I hope portugal complains..if some countries complain for wrong lighting in dress rehearsal why not Portugal..." is this true?
