Little Me sold a reasonable amount but deserved more sales and a higher peak than it achieved. Salute would have performed better as a second single and would have driven the album sales much stronger i believe.

Good news this week:

Second Mids:

Single:

05. 'Salute' >> No Sales Info At Present <<

---

Album:

31. 'Salute'

:D Looking to end the week on 20k-25k and I'm predicting a #7 position on Sunday!

I too believe number 7 will be their Sunday position. Ideally, the album will move into a top 30 position on the Sunday chart too.
It' having a bit of a fall on iTunes now, but hopefully it can remain top 10 on Sunday, even if it's out of the iTunes top 10 by tonight.
Friday update : It's still No.5. I'm kinda sure Salute is the first Top10 of the post album single.
Oh, I'm 100% certain, I was really hoping it'd cling on to top 5 but I think it'll be knocked out by the end of the week and end up at like ~#7 as Jonjo predicted. Still superb for them though!

Yeah it's down the 10 on iTunes and falling fast. I'm hoping the fall will slow down though and they can get 2 or 3 further weeks in the top 40 from this. It had sold just under 20k on the Thursday midweeks. It might JUST scrape 30k on Sunday if we're lucky. I'm predicting around 28/29k though.

When Salute was announced as a single I was pretty confident it may be their first post album top 10 but when it was released last week I was starting to wonder if it was going to end up being their lowest charting single. So glad BGT had the effect it did. I wish this and Move had been a 1, 2 punch.

It's not falling that fast. It's at number 9, so it's dropped 4 places since their performance, and that's not even taking into account Ed Sheeran's instant grat and Rik Mayall's track. It's actually holding on a lot better than I expected, bearing in mind that it was around #29 pre-BGT. Amazing what a stellar performance can do.

Ended up at number 6!

Absolutely ecstatic with that. Before the BGT performance I was thinking it'd be a #13 hit or something, but to see it manage to go top 6 officially and stabilise on iTunes a week after the performance (was at #11 last time I checked - definitely thought it'd fall quicker!) is a brilliant result and I'm very pleased to see it was this song that gave them their first post-album top 10 hit!

SMASH IT GIRLS.

So so glad they ended up sitting very comfortably within the top ten - It'll be interesting to see what the lead Mr Probz had over them.

Another week in the top 15 and some decent longevity would be great, and to match or overtake Little Me's sales.

Number 6 is a good solid result. Salute just needs a decent chart run and the sales will build. It is wonderful to see the album back in the top 40 too.
500 copies from top 5! Ha, so close. If Radio 1 hadn't prematurely taken them off the playlist they would have easily made it. Still very happy with the result, and it's holding up pretty well on iTunes still!

Just became their 13th song over 100M on Spotify! :cheer:

13th?? Wow! That’s actually very impressive.

I still really love this

One of their best live performances and it always works well as an opener for shows / tours.

Top tier LM for sure!
