They should've released this way earlier, I'm not even going to bother with the release now as I'm not holding my breath for a decent position.

Still adore the song tho

is it possible to go into c list next week, (26th) and b list (2nd)?
I don't think the saturdays have much longer left. Radio 1 were one of the main driving forces behind why they've been around this long.
Forgive me for asking potentially a really stupid question, but it still has the playlisted tracks from Monday the 17th? http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/playlist

Or have you all found out from something else?

It's in the main chart thread

Unless Capital start hammering this, it's highly unlikely to make the top ten now, unfortunately.
It's not a major set back. It may be playlisted next week. Plus, radio 1 have abandoned loads of artists who were major in the 2008-2010 era. They'll always have capital and marvun

It's really sad :( Radio 1 seems to completely turned its back on pop music atm (With the exception of 1D and Little Mix, and a few others) and instead is focusing far too much on this horrid indie, trendy music that seems to be filling the charts these days :( all in an attempt to bring in a more hipster like audience! Seriously hate Music snobbery!

If I remember rightly, Disco Love wasn't playlisted until 2 weeks before release, so maybe this will be the same *fingers crossed* Although that surely means any hope of being A-listed is out the window.

I know I'll get told off for being negative - but think it is the biggest setback they could have at this point to be honest.

Disco Love was playlised at this point. It won't get added now.

DL was playlisted two weeks prior. I remember that because everyone was scared it'll go C-C and out :P

If it is playlisted next week, it'll be for 1 week before release.
1 week is better than nothing though

NGU is released on the 6th, next Monday is the 24th March, a week later would be the 31st, so if it gets playlisted on Monday, it'll be 2 weeks :)

No need to worry yet hon :)

Well, not much

The head of radio 1 said guitar music was going to be back, and pop was on it's way out. How does that happen? Playlist lots of guitar driven songs.

Anyway, with us not hearing Bigger despite it being promised to us last week, I wouldn't be shocked if this release isn't canceled.

Playlists are announced on Wednesday, and they start getting played the next Monday. So they are already left out of next week's playlist. We'll see if they get listed next Wednesday, for the week before the release (which I doubt).

Exactly. 2 weeks before (today) is the latest they'll playlist a usual release. If they wanted to playlist 'Not Giving Up', they would have by now. Instead they are playing older songs by The Saturdays.
