Twiggy was quite thin, and she had a hit with Here I Go Again. Here's a northern soul classic with that title..

Archie Bell And The Drells

From Archie Bell to Andy Bell. We've had the Erasure Andy Bell but not the Ride Andy Bell so here he is with Leave Them All Behind. 8 1/4 minutes of wonderfulness.

One of my favourite rides is Avalanche at Blackpool Pleasure Beach. I like it almost as much as I like the album by The Avalanches so here is the rather fantastic single, 'Frontier Psychiatrist'.

Since I Left You was also a great single. There used to be a big avalanche in the fab Universal Studios Back To The Future delorean ride (RIP), keeping up the theme park ride theme cos I'm a huge thrill-ride fan, as they say Life Is A Rollercoaster. Which sounds very like a fab Gregg Alexander song and a Boyzone spin-off single better than anything they did together...

David Grant sang Stop And Go, but when he was in Linx they had a string of great singles. Am I sure? I used my Intuition...

A Lynx is a small big cat, but a Tiger is a big big cat.

Ah, The Family Cat...wonderful!

They famously had a song called 'Bring Me the Head of Michael Portillo'. S*M*A*S*H went further...wanting ostensibly to kill the entire current cabinet and several other orbiting Tories...

Taken from their album Sunshine On Leith, just watched Imagine Dragons perform this on T In The Park highlights, amazing!
