March 18, 201411 yr It's Sarah Harding and we knew it before from Girls Aloud forum. :) But most possible is Adele.
March 18, 201411 yr Author Almost hoping for it to actually be Sandé now just for this site's reaction
March 18, 201411 yr It can't be Adele, because iTunes wouldn't say that her album wouldn't bring in Bey's numbers, because it would most likely crush them. She would benefit the most from physical sales, not iTunes. A good portion (perhaps even majority) of her fans aren't of the iTunes generation. She isn't exactly a music video artist either. The description screams Lady Gaga and ties into the upcoming plans for her music video/creative project. It also resembles her current attitude and CREATIVE REBELLION http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/korn0818/ed2305b7.png, not leaking any info as to what's next for ARTPOP, 'Brooklyn Nights' leaking, the "Monster surprise coming" she tweeted today. She is a music video artist and as for live-concert tie-in she's had the massive SXSW gig last week + all the TV promo performances and SwineFest last year, the BTWB Ball dvd hasn't been released yet. I'm just assuming but JUST IMAGINE IF IT'S GAGA THO http://s8.postimg.org/xbvseqrqp/172336_Ta_Bt5_Y1s.gif THE ICONIC MELTDOWNS http://i.minus.com/iEUJZIfnlPErt.gif
March 18, 201411 yr Love it to be FRANK OCEAN - that would be more than amazing! but it won't be as he deleted his Twitter ages ago!!! Likelier candidates are ED SHEERAN, RIHANNA, NICKI MINAJ...and MADONNA (i heard she and Avicii were working together on a new single so could be a strong possibility)!!! March 18, 201411 yr Author How could it be an artist who last released an album four months ago If you mean Gaga, she announced a two-part project like over a year ago now and has been/was working on tonnes of songs before putting together the last album so could have plenty left over from that. Kath, you've got me believing it now :drama:
March 18, 201411 yr In all seriousness, I can see it being either Adele or Rihanna. Like Beyonce they have massive and wide causal fan bases, and that's what sells records.
March 18, 201411 yr It's obviously going to be someone who is massive in the USA, it's an American source. Emeli may not have totally bombed there but they're not exactly going to hype her that much.

March 18, 201411 yr How could it be an artist who last released an album four months ago She announced Act 2 last year already and it's not like ARTPOP has gone anywhere since its release, the last music video we got was for 'Applause' in August last year since then nothing notable has happened with the exception of some live performances. Again another assumption but during the 7 months of nothing, Gaga could have been recording Act 2 while we were complaining that she's cba with the album anymore. Very likely! I just get the impression that Gaga was unimpressed with the album campaign from the get go, the release of 'Applause' which she didn't want on the album and then she wanted and announced 'Venus' as single #2 and then management changed it to DWUW and then the fall-out over DWUW's music video, its cancellation, the firing of management, her breakdown etc. It would make sense that she would want to start afresh and put that all behind her. She has also said on numerous occassions that the ARTPOP era is yet to begin and now the tweet she made today seems very convenient. Edited March 21, 201411 yr by Suedehead2

Exactly, I was just about to post this. In fact, there's nothing to say the artist in question is huge outside the U.S. So it could theoretically be someone like Lil Wayne or Carrie Underwood, if it's written entirely from a U.S perspective. I don't think it will be though. My money's still on Rihanna.
March 18, 201411 yr Totes gonna be The 20/20 Experience - 3 of 2. Justin trolled us all *.* http://i.imgur.com/XFD6cWf.jpg

And the article, despite being a US source, could obviously be taking international success into consideration.
March 18, 201411 yr I think ARTPOP Acts I and II has to do with the rise and fall of a popstar, Queen Gaga has mentioned this a few times. Act 1 was the fall and Act 2 is THE RISE!!!! :w00t: We must just pray that Adele doesn't release anytime soon, we don't want her and her soccer mom fanbase to come overshadow us again like with BTW! :nono:
