I really wanted the zoom-in in the video to be of Zayn, because he always does that thing where his mouth is wide open. :kink: Ready for any assumptions to be made as to what he wants x

:kink: and i'm sure you would be all to willing to give him what he wants :smoke:

There does seem to be a lot of irritated fans about Harry getting the zoom-in when Zayn had the high note though. (and I do agree)

I would too! I love just starring at Harry, but It does bother me sometimes how they make it all about him sometimes

Yeah, they always play on the fact they want him to be the one to have any success if the group ever splits and that he's the one who gets the most solos, etc. He's perfect but christ, don't make it TOO obvious :drama:

Not a hit.

The next album, is make or break. It's very clear that most in the group are disillusioned by the whole thing now. They'd be in a much more sorry state without Story Of My Life.

Well it's already doing better than Midnight Memories  It really isn't "make or break", they're in a very good position right now...
I meant from the view of the public, not their fanbase.

I don't think they really *need* another hit from the album, nor do they need to prove anything to the public. It's already sitting as the biggest-selling of 2013 with two top 3 singles.

It still isn't make or break. In the eyes of the public, they're still the biggest group on the planet right now.

But their known for their first single smashing and the second one leading the era... the third being a "lucky" hit (as I would call it). Like McFly. The third single is the one where they pull all the tricks to make sure it's a hit.
Well to be fair, Midnight Memories had a ridiculously screwed up release, where its only major performance was THREE MONTHS before the EP release. They should have taken full advantage of that and premiered the video around then, or only a few weeks after like with Kiss You! (which I wouldn't say was a "lucky" hit at all, Kiss You did very very well) They're still not in a bad position at all, MM has some quite decent sales for a #39 hit anyway.

I guess that this won't be improving on its current peak position of #19! :(

It seems to have been floating around outside the top 40 for a while now... Is that going to hinder its chances of bettering the current peak?
It might take a top 40 position this week after the live lounge performance. I would also think a new peak will be achieved in Ireland this week on the back of their 3 big concerts there and their albums will most likely rise too.
'You & I' is #8 in the mids! That's a much better start than 'Midnight Memories' had, which was midweek #21 prior to ending up at #39 for the Sunday. Perhaps 'Y&I' will just about make the Top 20 for Sunday?
