If anyone else is interested in just how to resize + add borders to do this, um basically you just:

 

- Open up photoshop.

- Open up image.

- Go to Image > Image Size and change the dimensions to 130 x 130 (as close as you can if the dimensions are uneven, then creating a new blank image at 130 x 130 and copy and paste it in)

- Hit Ctrl + A

- Edit > Stroke

- Change the color to black and the size to 1 px.
