I don't understand why the song isn't even in Pop. I mean, half the songs in there are from years ago or are random album tracks or whatever, how can they be selling more than What Are You Waiting For?

I know, the EP is falling out too, which means there is basically 0 pre-orders of WAYWF happening. It only takes 3 or 4 buys/pre-orders a day for a song to get into the pop chart.

It's a great shame Capital didn't playlist it, when they playlisted loads of songs that aren't out for ages after WAYWF. It could have really kick-started pre-orders.

they need to STOP HOLIDAYING and START PROMTOING!!

promo effort from The Sats has been horrendous for all the latest singles. It really ***** me off

They really need to. If worst comes to worst they'll have to reduce it to 59p

Pop singles:

643 The Saturdays What About Us (feat. Sean Paul)

739 The Saturdays Disco Love

1352 The Saturdays What Are You Waiting For?

1392 The Saturdays All Fired Up

1443 The Saturdays Issues

1445 The Saturdays Not Giving Up (Radio Mix)

RISE RISE. Get in that 1,500!

Hopefully this is TV impacting, and with more TV airplay it'll rise more, it's not just a random one because 2 people pre-ordered. To be fair by it's 4 weeks until release (next week), it should be safely in the 1,500 and the week after at least top 800, but we'll see.
1386 The Saturdays What Are You Waiting For? - WRONG DIRECTION, GIRLS. UP IS WHERE YOU ARE MEANT TO GO FROM HERE.

Issues and All Fired Up are literally a staple in the pop 1,500; i wonder why those two particular songs? Not that I'm complaining...

we're so close to the edge of desire

Hopefully tomorrow's mailer reveals some plans for some little appearances, even if it's little interviews on The One Show and Daybreak/Lorraine (They can always perform there again in a month, don't worry). A few 35 second clips of the video could help them out.

Out of pop again :'( - Who knows what will happen with WAYWF...

The good news is, the album is at #300, and nothing released the same week as them is higher than them. The closest is Lovable Rogues at #705. And The only album from the release week before that's above of them is 'Magic!,' which might still be selling well off the back of Rude in it's second week - I'd say that was their biggest competition, along with MAYBE Loveable Rogues (crazy boyband frontloaded sales).

But even still, I reckon they could actually manage the album #1 :o Imagine how much that would help their public image?

I have high hopes for the album. If they could get a TV special or something even on ITV2 that tells their story it could really help get album sales

ITS COMING!!

edit - never mind it's fallen again. It's so weird because everytime there's an iTunes update here and and then I check it a few minutes later, the song/album has ALWAYS dropped. I've never witnessed one climbing.

It's entering just from very minimal tv airplay. It goes to show The Saturdays need airplay, they cat rely on fan-base. However, I reckon this would hit from very minimal airplay, as long as it was SOMETHING. Like Disco Love.

I don't think they're helping themselves regarding being playlisted by Capital & Radio 1. They need to acknowledge how important 'What Are You Waiting For' is regarding this campaign and the next campaign. They should be anywhere and everywhere right now. Why would Radio 1 want to playlist a song that's not even top 1500 on iTunes?

Neon Jungle 'Louder' was doing much, much, much better at this point and that's looking likely of missing the top 10.

379. Kiesza - Giant In My Heart

880. T.I Feat Iggy Azeala - No Medicore

572. The Saturdays - Finest Selection [Deluxe]

1001. The Saturdays - What Are You Waiting For EP.

Pop Chart

923. What About Us

927. Disco Love

1321. All Fired Up
