...This is depressing. -_-

(But then Disco Love definitely deserves all the sales it can get)

In more depressing news, the song is also losing some steam on TV as it is #40 (-2) on the rolling chart. It's early in the week, so it could go back up a bit, but even if it did, I think they would stale at #38 for another week.

... which would be their lowest TV peak ever.

Up to 363 plays (+42)... Hopefully it will keep climing in terms of plays each days.
Up to 400 (+37). If it could start gaining around 50 (or more, fingers crossed) plays each day, it could get to around 1000 plays...which is the amount of plays Pixie Lott is getting despite her flopping right now...

It's out of the top 40 now, yikes.

No sign of the single in pop nor the album in the album charts.

It's all looking pretty bleak for team sats.

Albums out the same week:

261 The Gaslight Anthem Get Hurt (Deluxe Version) (Also doing
REALLY
well on amazon)

863 Loveable Rogues This and That

873 Alex Clare Three Hearts

1209 FKA twigs LP1

It's actually on 513, because 112 of the earlier tracks weren't tagged properly.

If it wasn't for the Pixie flop I'd be thinking that their fanbase could still easily push it into the top 20. It'll go top 40 definitley as it did well on pre-orders initially and is having better TV airplay than Pixie. I'm sure their promo will be tight too

I wonder how many copies of the signed physical single they manage to sell?

The EP has held up ok I suppose. Compared to the digital single anyway.

The only thing giving me hope in all this is that NGU had awful pre orders but climbed to 14 on iTunes during release week.

More too, I think it will do better than Pixie and Cher. They'll have SOME promo - even things like This Morning and Lorraine get more viewers in the Summer holidays. I think The Saturdays Greatest Hits will be more of a casual buy when you see it advertised on iTunes, than something you'd go out of your way to pre-order. I'm hoping the Tuesday midweek for this album will be at least 5k. If it's as low as Neon Jungle's 3k, it'll be pretty bad.

The single will probably get cherry picked from the album too, for extra sales.

Cher had zero airplay, at least The Saturdays are getting some which should hopefully reflect on the chart in release week. I don't think Pixie's song really connected with people in the first place, otherwise it would've done better than it has done.

The GH is doing much better than LFTW ever did on itunes which only did well initially and climbed into the top 200 on the last day until release.

wow NJ sales are pretty bad!! any chance you know what Cher's sales are like this week for her album? also where does NJ's sales leave them chart position wise?

judging by Frankie's instagram she's doing some sort of phone interview this morning.

I purposely havent preordered the album on iTunes so I can cherry pick WAYWF. I'll prob buy the whole album on iTunes the following week. Have 3 physical versions ordered for the first week that's enough

NJ are at 5. They'll probably end at about 8 - 10 - I reckon their album will fair similarly to Living For the Weekend. Cher is at 7 or 8 I think, but don't know her sales.

I will cancel my album pre-orders so I can cherry-pick WAYWF, too. I'm also going to stream the song on Spotify and Deezer 10x per day for as long as I can be bothered to keep it up.

Cher is probably at 1-2k at the moment. Can't imagine it being any higher but I'd rather that doing well than the NJ album :drama:

There must be something wrong with the Standard Edition on iTunes. It isn't even showing up in pop, and while it might be quite low, there is no way it's getting less pre-orders than the Gentleman and Missing You EPs.

SLAAAYING - definitely my favourite Saturdays song post On Your Radar. To think it is probably their last hit single and last top 5 (10?). Of all songs to take this title, I'm glad it's this though.

59p for the single now. It's its only chance, unless they have some major promo planned.

Why is Disco Love so high?

And I guess it's good the EP is doing so well....right?

No idea what happened to the album. It was between #400 and #600 for like a week and now it's dead.

WHERE IS THE SINGLE?!?!!?! :o

Meh, top 600 EP equates to like top 2000 in singles, EP would need to be top 200 to be doing really well. Single should be appearing. Album is at 1425, which is abysmal. The fans have all pre-ordered it now. Expected the girls to have gotten their faces out a bit by now, and start grabbing sales from the caual buyers. It didn't happen = single and album flopping.
