Brit is also the first artist to have VeVo certified videos from 3 decades

Amazing!!!!

You forgot to mention Scream & Shout which is also certified.

This must be one of the only 90s videos to be certified.

Her BH team are crazy.

Let's not chalk this all up to BH. It was at 94 million before they even started the campaign to help get it certified. It did all the heavy lifting by itself.

Iconic video! Not surprised to see this get VEVO certified, at all. Yes it may not have done it as fast as it has done, but it almost certainly would have got there regardless.
It's not a special achievement. Lots of songs get more than 100 million views on YouTube.

It's a HUGE achievement for a song that was released in 1999, especially. How many more songs pre-download/youtube era have passed 100 million?

This is the first video from the nineties that's certified by a solo female artist.

Three videos are certified in total.

For instance:

Christina Aguilera - Genie in a Bottle : 27 million views

Whitney Houston - I Will Always Love You - 88 million views

Celine Dion - My Heart Will Go On : 34 million views

Mariah Carey - Hero : 43 million views

N'Sync - I Want You Back : 12 million views

Destiny's child - Say My Name: 32 million views

Spice Girls - Wannabe : 58 million views

It's a big deal.

Sure, it's an iconic song. But people are making out like it's the first song to do it. It isn't.
Nobody said it was the first one to do it. But it IS the first song from the 90's, by a solo female to get over 100 million views and it IS seen as a big deal, so why not celebrate it? It's amazing to see an old song/video still get played and viewed as many times as the most current and popular tracks. You're just being negative for the sake of being negative Griffy :(

You can be quite insufferable.

Griff having an opinion for the sake of being contro / having an opinion. Yawn. What else is new?

Amazing for Brit though, was just listening to BOMT this morning actually!

Toxic is next! And then Circus... And then Hold It Against Me.
