'We Found Love' was the first single from Rihanna's album 'Talk That Talk' and features British DJ Calvin Harris. The song debuted at number one with sales of 87,573 on 9 October 2011. The song dethroned 'Loca People' by Sak Noel at the top of the charts and was succeeded by 'Read All About It' by Professor Green and Emeli Sande. 'We Found Love' then regained the top spot from Professor Green and sat atop the chart for 3 more consecutive weeks before being dethroned by The X Factor UK Finalists 2011 with their cover of 'Wishing On A Star'.

'We Found Love' reigned the UK Singles Chart for 6 non-consecutive weeks. The record for this decade so far. It has also gone on to sell over a million copies in the UK. The song remained in the UK top 10 for 14 weeks.

During it's six week run at the top, 'We Found Love' prevented 'Moves Like Jagger' by Maroon 5 and Christina Aguilera, The Wanted's 'Lightning', Flo Rida's 'Good Feeling' and JLS' 'Take A Chance On Me' from getting to number one.

We Found Love  Fabulous song, a predictable but deserving winner - it stands out in both artists' discographies and it increased Calvin's popularity a lot. Well done!
Slightly annoying that a Rihanna song wins a Calvin Harris rate, but We Found Love is still great to so no worries. Feel So Close is such a great runner up
Surely it's more Calvin Harris featuring Rihanna than anything else.
I'm happy that out of Calvin's own hits, Feels So Close is the highest. Great song. Even though WFL is a great track, I think I would of preferred to see a track where Calvin was a lead artist on rather than a feature. Anyway, thanks for compiling the countdown :)

Why will this 'Feel"s" So Close' thing not DIE already. Have people who think the song is called that never even listened to the song where that would clearly not make any grammatical sense?
