No I looked on twitter, a few people have spotted them at a hotel in Ibiza, including that one who posted that pic.

 

Edit - Oh, in regards to 808, it was a joke. But I mean, focusing on the next single when the current one needs attention...Sounds like The Sats. Maybe their buy 1 music video get 1 free from First Choice deal expires at the end of July?

It's sad thinking that about a year and a half ago they were on Jay Leno, Today Show, raking in just under a million viewers for their TV show in America, getting a #1 single here and being hammered on radio. The end of 2012 and start of 2013 was such an exciting time to be a Sats fan, and in July 2014 it's truly miserable.

Something Saturday related HAS to be going down, no way would they all be jetting off to Ibiza together now for just a holiday!

Yeah, there's no way they've all gone for no reason, It'll be Saturdays related for sure. Whether it's anything interesting or beneficial to this era is a different question.

 

Looks like they are doing a radio tour next week of smaller stations at least. They're on Radio City Liverpool this week and are helping host KMFM (kent) Breakfast next Saturday. I'm assuming they'll do most of these via phone and pre-record them.

Great. They need to fill their diaries with this sorta stuff not just 1 or 2

good news on the radio tour.

 

I'd quite like a week of promo for the single/album then odd performances for a few weeks after on smaller tv shows such as Loose Woman/Lets Cook/CBBC etc. performing old singles. I do think its important they perform the single initially.. and I don't want performances of What About Us, they must be bored of it too, having promoted it for a year (Oct-Jan in US, Feb-June in UK and xmas in UK). 'Forever Is Over' through 'Higher' would be the best choices, 'All Fired Up' doesn't translate well live on TV and the LFTW singles are too recent.

What About Us? Is there biggest hit so if they do a song that isn't What Are You Waiting For? It will most likely be that, it will help sell the album. I am hoping to get a few good performances for What Are You Waiting For? Some of older singles, one or two What Are You Waiting For?/One song. And one big old medley/megamix/mashup

Maybe they are filming the stills for the background during the tour? Like for Missing You and their party tracks :P

Interested to see what they're in Ibiza for. I have a feeling it'll be some private gigs or appearances though.

 

Really glad to hear they're getting involved with local radio as I think this will definitely help them shift some albums and tickets!

That is definitely not stupid. :thinking: I guess we'll see if they are teasing us about this whole Ibiza trip.

 

Although I wish that, for the tour graphics/animation, they would go all f***ing amazonesses or something on us, bring like the QUEENZURDAYS outfits, looking like they are going to kill yo ass if you don't buy their Greatest Hits. #AllFiredUp style, or you know 'Sexy...NoNoNo!" by Girls Aloud or anything similar to their Greatest Hits graphics.

 

Like, these girls are mostly all mothers and married, I don't have to worry about them stealing my boyfriend, can they ditch the whole "we're your friends!!11" and go for something more bold and more suited to the UK's best girlgroup please. :wub:

 

(I actually don't mind the whole "we're your friends" at all. It makes them look more down to earth and relatable, but I kinda wish they would get a bold move every now and then...)
