nah, they do it all the time. Pixie did it too. I think it's quite a late show, not til 9PM, so doesn't really do anything. Hopefully they'll be in the actual studio in daylight hours at some point soon too.

Oh god the last two pages.....

Ok I've just finished my rap verse for my guest appearance on What About Dutch...

"Yeah it's the British Bitch April

I'm more urban than Tulisa

Chilling with my Dutch hoes

While rapping my cool prose

Tim and Totto

They got me feeling loco

Cause everytime I see them

I'm eating my coco-

Pops. The Ghetto Princess ain't got nothing on me

Yeah I'm more flawless than that fake Queen Bey

I'm worshipping the Queen

While eating Ice Cream

Godchelle is judging me

Because on Lee I'm gonna take a pee... "

Spit it April! :rap:

White Dutch ( :o )

Obviously not me then :kink:

Also when the 808' high quality is released, I'm gonna ask you a favor

It's a good excuse for them to play WAYWF though. I remember Pixie playing Nasty like 3-4 times that show to promote it :kink:

The radio 1 show will be August 20th though where WAYWF will probably be well out of the top 100 :(

Greatest Hits might be holding up okay, though. So hopefully their playlist will be:

All Fired Up

Up

Disco Love

What About Us

LuvBug

Pixie Lott - Nasty

If This is Love

Up Wideboys Remix

Disco Love again

S Club juniors megamix

What About Us.

Oops double

Might as well use it then: Totto you're rude for not accepting my offer to join the Dutcherdays

The guests don't play their own songs. You can see the past playlists on the Radio 1 website: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b01ryt1j

Funnily enough, Lily Allen did play The Saturdays during his session on the last show.

Shady :kink:

They don't play their own songs? What a waste of time. Glad this means they might actually be doing bits and bobs publicly after release week, between tour rehearsals though.
LOL the three albums they're up against are top 200 on iTunes.

3? Gaslight, FKA and??

I don't think I'll survive the release week, I'm not here for a #143

Pixie definitely played her own song. Maybe because she was having a mowtown playlist so she decided to play her's inbetween then

Did you know!?

The girls (or their management at least) are quite smart. They apparently have their own company with all five serving as company directors. It holds all the rights to The Saturdays name, not Universal Music. They probably retain most of the money from every endorsement they do etc and if they ever want to leave Universal (which currently seems very unlikely), they could do so quite easily. Most of the profits from their merchandise or anything else with their name on it goes to them. It also means if they were ever dropped, they could, in theory, set up their own label and continue as they were. This was set up during the Headlines era and by the end of 2011, they had turned over 400K by using The Saturdays name alone! This also makes them one of the safest bands out there in the music industry to date! And everyone thought they were music industry puppets.

See, I knew there was a good reason why they don't bother with promoting and stuff.

I know!

I remember reading ages ago about the girls business.

They obviously keep doing it for the fans and obviously enjoy it and are obviously happy doing the bare minimum.

As long as i keep getting new music I say leave Em to it!

I don't think that's a good thing to support as a fan, is it?
