22 S Club - Say Goodbye (5.57)

I was obsessed with S Club and had all their albums by the age of 7. Even Seeing Double still sounds great these days.

Given your comments I assume ?'s are counted as 0? Unfair if so.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean here.

38 The Thrills - Big Sur (3.93) (This is undeserved. I gave it a 10 as it reminds me of when I was six, but yet barely anyone seemed able to recall it or even like it)

You seem to suggest this is low because people don't know/recall it, therefore you must be counting ?'s as a 0, either that or you've calculated the average quite wrong.

21 DJ Sammy - Sunlight (5.59)

For those not in the know, DJ Sammy was the DAVID GUETTA of 2003.

I think I might have possibly done this, they were calculated as the same value anyway. In some ways, it is more fair as everyone knows more about the songs that are nearer the top but I understand what you're saying and it will probably be implemented for next time. Oh well

*insert mini scandal here*

20 Coldplay - God Put A Smile On Your Face (5.62)

Remember when Coldplay used to do great album tracks as well as singles? REMEMBER?

Oh actually, thinking back a lot of people did actually vote for it. I must have subconsciously put a positive spin on things :(

If ?'s are counted as 0s then fine, I don't agree with it because I don't think songs should be penalised for not being known, just say they need to have scores from a certain number of people (50%+) to count, if something is only known by 6 of 30 voters then just don't include it in results, fairer than putting it last because no one can remember it.

If ?'s get classed as 0 then there's no point in having the 'you must vote for X number of songs rule', if all of the songs they mark as x or ? are going to be counted as 0 then it doesn't really matter if someone votes for 8 or 38.

Say Goodbye is too low. What a beautiful song to end S Club!

19 Deepest Blue - Deepest Blue (5.67)

18 Feeder - Just The Way I'm Feeling (5.76)

17 Sugababes - Shape (6.07)

I really like this despite most claiming that it isn't a highlight in their back catalogue. The Angels With Dirty Faces era is probably my favourite girlband era actually.

16 Javine - Real Things (6.1)

Weird how Javine was a relatively big name on the UK pop scene back in the day and yet barely anyone even remembers her.

But she's a relationship ruiner. Javine is a slag!

Everything up to now is up a place because I accidentally counted 43 songs instead of 42. Onwards and upwards!

14 Wayne Wonder - No Letting Go (6.12)

This is definitely one of my SUMMER SONGS. Lumidee blatently stole that beat.

13 Emma - Free Me (6.16)

Bizarrely I remember this song really rather well considering I was only six. Did it get an obscene amount of radio play at the time?!

12 Melanie C - On The Horizon (6.21)

11 Robbie Williams - Come Undone (6.28)

Poor Robs, the signs were ALL THERE for breakdown part 2

10 XTM & DJ Chucky Pts. Annia - Fly On The Wings Of Love (6.4)
