Posted May 6, 201411 yr Beautifully trashy. <3 Eight singletons get to go on, what's sold to them as, "A Holiday Of A Lifetime" to go on dates with each other in order to find love. However unbeknownst to them their exes will slowly arrive one by one to cause tension and drama. The cast are... http://i57.tinypic.com/22zpc.png And Yes! That's Vicky Pattison from Geordie Shore. http://www.mtv.co.uk/ex-on-the-beach
May 9, 201411 yr It's been all about Vicky so far for me, she is making the show. Plus the buff bodies of course. Can't wait till Ricci comes in though for Vicky to lay into him
May 9, 201411 yr I love Emily! And her rivalry with Frankie is hilarious, I think Frankie is an awful person but she's so psychotic that it makes for great television.
May 14, 201411 yr Author Delighted Frankie is gone. I feel like certain people are just slipping under the radar now. Jack and Emma Jane being barely shown.
May 14, 201411 yr Delighted Frankie is gone. I feel like certain people are just slipping under the radar now. Jack and Emma Jane being barely shown. I actually forgot they were there! I'm pleased for Vicky and I'm glad Dan didn't get angry or anything because of the Ross thing(not that he had any right to)
May 15, 201411 yr I forgot about Emma Jane aswell, she popped up last night and I was like "who the hell is that?" Of the lads, Ross is literally the only one I like. Occasionally Marco aswell.
May 16, 201411 yr Yeah Emma Jane and Jack aren't really being shown, mainly down to the fact they're barely chosen for dates.. Must say I'm loving Emily, she's hilarious! Liked her even more when she told Frankie straight
June 7, 201411 yr Started watching this and have just finished episode 2. Vicky is just *.*, literally everything she says is hilarious/brilliant. Her and Emily confronting Frankie who honestly has a few screws missing was just AMAZING. Marco and Ross are the only guys I can really take to, they both seem the most genuine. And Chloe's rather nice as well~
June 15, 201411 yr Just finished episode 7, my god it's so DRAMATIC *.* Vicky, Talitha and Chloe are just amazing  Liked Ross at the beginning but he's just turned out to be a sleazy piece of shit really. Marco remains my favourite of the boys  and Ashley is just vile, ugh.
June 19, 201411 yr I just need to watch that last episode, but I'm already annoyed they've been hyping Ricci up and then show him in 1.5 episode... Edited June 19, 201411 yr by *Tim
June 19, 201411 yr I just need to watch that last episode, but I'm already annoyed they've been hyping Ricci up and then show him in 1.5 episode... He didn't even do much (if anything) in the end LOL. He just sat there while Vicky slagged him off, cried, etc.
June 19, 201411 yr Yeah, it was all a bit of an anti climax with Ricci coming in. Obviously the argument when he came was ace, but nothing following it was that exciting. I loved Ex On The Beach but I do have a few niggles. People like Ross, who isn't even an original, had about 4 ex's in there - whilst the originals Farah, Liam, Jack and Emily had no ex's at all, which I thought seemed a bit odd given the premise of the show, to not have 4 of the original cast even be reunited with an ex. I do hope another series comes at some point although I'm not sure how it'd work a second time round or whether it'd be able to draw in impressive viewing figures without the looming 'Vicky vs Ricci' thing.
June 19, 201411 yr I do hope there is a second series although I'm sure MTV are probably aware that they'd have to have someone like Vicky next time, from a reality show that most people are vaguely aware exists, and then the rest just being complete randoms picked up on street corners. I really, really liked Jack but he was given so little screen time and he'd have been better off as an ornament or NOT EVEN ON THE SHOW. They obviously had the characters they wanted to focus on throughout the series though, although Emma Jane was so pointless. She did absolutely f*** all, we only saw her probably once since she arrived in later episodes and she didn't even cause trouble. Could have replaced her with a Farah ex which could potentially have been explosive *.*

June 20, 201411 yr Yeah, I agree about Farah, and I'm surprised they didn't introduce an ex of hers, especially as they played like 5 seperate clips of her across different shows where she was saying things like "There's this one ex I have, where I wouldn't spit on them if they were on fire" - so it seemed like it was building up to something that could've been really, like you say, explosive. Like you say, that would've been more interesting than Emma-Jane, who offered absolutely nothing. I'd have been interested to see Emily's ex aswell, seeing as she was such a mardy cow (but I did love her) anyway, I feel like she'd have been hilariously cold with her ex.
December 9, 201410 yr This is back on 27 January *.* MTV explained a new angle for the second series, as the focus will be not on "whose ex is next" but on "which ex is next" - with archetypes such as The Bunny Boiler, The One That Got Away, The Two-Timer and The Ball Breaker due to emerge from the ocean.
December 9, 201410 yr *.* Not too sure how this'll work for a 2nd series but with that "twist" it might be interesting
