None of the tracks did anything for me, not sure why as there's a handful that I really like on there. Odd how there's nothing else on the album that sounds like 'Can't Rely On You'; you wouldn't think she'd just record one funk record and especially let that represent the whole album by releasing it as lead single. Really enjoying it right now which is something I wouldn't have said just over a month ago when I found it quite mediocre. 02 I agree, it screamed "single" to me when I listened to her album. It would be a shame if this didn't become a hit because the video is incredible and like you say, I don't think there's anything left on the album that could do well. 03 I know! It's been such a shock! In my opinion, I don't think his music has to stop just because he's died. 10 A bit odd how hit and miss he's been this era in terms of chart success, but I'm glad this is doing good so far. 26 I don't think it sounds too dissimilar to some songs from Mylo Xyloto like 'Charlie Brown' or 'Every Teardrop is a Waterfall'. Just a shame that under-performed, although Beyonce's had her fair share of those and has always bounced back, so fingers crossed 'Pretty Hurts' can be a hit. Can't remember '***Flawless' but I know there wasn't much on the album that I did like. Perhaps it's due a re-listen. 03 I think it could end up as one of my favourites too! :wub: I've found myself listening to a lot of Paloma's music recently - the singles from her debut are spot on! 16 Looking at the release schedule, I'm guessing it's 'Disappointed' you're referring to? Not heard it myself yet but I shall soon! Chloe Howl has definitely been on of my favourite new acts of 2014, very much looking forward to what her album will be like!
