erm, no. there are certain hairstyles that work, and then there are those that just really don't. that is the latter, and harry was silly enough to do it.

What's the harm in trying it out? It's quite refreshing to see a young male popstar with long-ish hair actually embracing it and trying out these hairstyles imo. Sure, it's not his best look, but it's fine as a one-off.

I wasn't under the impression there are long-haired young males out there who don't embrace the fact they have long hair? Harry just does not suit it at all *in my opinion* (better make that less subtle).

I get that it's your opinion, I never said otherwise :P I can debate your point of view though. My point is that how many other young male popstars out there have done something like this? It's quite refreshing for me to see, as someone who likes long hair on guys (and has fairly long hair himself), that's all.

Touring all the time is a quick way to break someone. Hilary Duff toured constantly when she was releasing records and ended up taking a 7 year break from music. I can see something similar ending up happening here if the management of 1D aren't more careful.

The fact I'm seeing them next year for a second time, with the first time being after Gaga's BTW tour says a lot, I don't think any major pop act has even came to South Africa twice

OMFG I just noticed they have TWO dates in Johannesburg, that's 90k people a show http://i.imgur.com/hN9L5Hj.gif

Not even Gaga, Rihanna or Justin Bieber had TWO dates there http://i.imgur.com/hN9L5Hj.gif

UK/Irish tour dates will be announced on Friday .

Wish people would stop getting me excited for UK tour dates.

Everyone thought there was going to be an announcement today, but know it was for the fooking SCRIPT. And to add further insult to injury, Twitter tells me, One Direction have no clue at all about any UK dates yet, nice one.

I really don't think this is going to be a UK tour anyway, when they originally announced it, it was acting more as a reaching-out-to-those-areas-we-haven't-managed-to-get-to-yet type tour.

Yet they 2 tour months in North America <_< .

If they did UK dates I might consider going but I'm not really bothered if they don't.

Favouring America is annoying though.

I can't see them not touring Western Europe, but the lack of news is not great. Maybe they're waiting for this batch of tour dates to go on sale before announcing the next set.
