Kicking start the top 5 in the Miley Cyrus ultimate rate (YEY WE'RE FINISHING) is 'Party In The Usa'. I can't believe this never managed to finish top 3 - It's an absolute pop anthem and such a feel good summer track. Astonished that it managed to miss the top 2 never mind the top 3 tbh. Lets remember the backlash that Miley Cyrus gained when she performed 'Party In The Usa' at TCA.

Wallace Reaction: Another song from 'Can't Be Tamed' bites the dust - meaning we have only Permanent December left! 'Cant Be Tamed' is such an absolute tune and was one of my favourite songs of 2010. It really deserved to go top 10 in the United Kingdom - especially after peaking at #04 on UK iTunes.
