It is a heartbreaking time for Sarah but hopefully her treatment will be successful and she can start the next chapter of her life.

 Looking forward to this. Love that she's titled it after her song on What Will the Neighbours Say!

Released 18th March 2021 - https://amazon.co.uk/Hear-Me-Out-Sarah-Harding

'I can't rewrite history; all I can do is be honest and wear my heart on my sleeve. It's really the only way I know. I want to show people the real me. Or perhaps remind them. Because, somewhere - amongst the nightclubs, the frocks and hairdos, the big chart hits, and the glamour of being a popstar - the other Sarah Harding got utterly lost. She's the one who's been forgotten. And all I want is for you to hear her out.'

One fifth of Brit-award-winning pop group Girls Aloud, singer Sarah Harding was part of the UK's biggest selling girl group of the 20th Century. With 8 million record sales, the band also achieved a run of twenty consecutive Top 10 singles in the UK charts. Before fame beckoned, Sarah toured the North West of England performing at social clubs and pubs. Her first foray into acting came in the BBC TV film Freefall, where she played the beautician girlfriend of Dominic Cooper. Sarah also had a starring role in St. Trinian's 2: The Legend of Fritton's Gold and went on to have a leading role in Ghost:The Musical. Outside of acting, Sarah was crowned the winner of the 20th series of Celebrity Big Brother.

Hear Me Out is her first and only book.

Cheryl, Kimberley, Nadine and Nicola have all mentioned it on their Instagram stories... so lovely to see their support:

Love this.. Glad she's had somethinh positive to focus and so lovely and refreshing to see all the girls being supportive to each other now. Really hope she pulls through this and the dream of them all together again can become a reality. Also really look forward to buying and reading this.
This is going to be such an interesting, and I suspect sad, read. Really looking forward to this and good to see she has something to focus on during these hard times. Love reading the support from the other girls as well.
I thiink there will def be some very interesting stories in this book, its also a great distraction for Sarah and something to focus on, really hope she is doing well.

Who writes these things? GA didn't exist in the 20th century, and this isn't true even for the 21th century.

I guess this memoir, unlike Cheryl's & Kimba's, will not contain any "dirt" about the other girls, as they are seemingly on good terms these days.

It was certainly true for the 21st century at the time Girls Aloud finished up... All these write ups exaggerate anyway it's nothing new TLC, Destiny's Child, Spice Girls, The Andrews Sisters, The Supremes and even Little Mix constantly make claims to have been the biggest selling girlband or the most successful girl band of all time worldwide...

Very excited to read this, I'm confident Sarah will have some interesting, entertaining and enlightening stories to tell
It will be interesting how the feuds will be worded, I think if the book was out a year earlier it may be harsher.

I don't Sarah was, I think Sarah wasn't as well groomed socially as the other girls and they didn't like that.

Well Cheryl was easily the roughest and the least well groomed of the lot in the beginning. From a rough council estate in Newcastle and getting into a brawl in club toilets and mouthing off like anything through the years. Kimberley also from Bradford which, as someone who used to live there, is the pits... I highly doubt the girls saw Sarah as the least well groomed.

It is a struggle watching Cheryl trying to act classy, you know her rougher edge is screaming to come out.

That said, she has trained herself very well over the years.
