Another ineligable grat from Ed Sheeran.

Ed Sheeran at #3, #4 and #7.

Ohh, Little Mix are technically still in the top 10.

I wonder if Ella can manage a second week with 100k+ sales, I wouldn't be entirely surprised. She only seems to be increasing.

The Top 15 will be full of Ed Sheeran songs come the end of the week isn't it? :drama:

Neon Lights is now #19 & is still getting green updates

I think Demi will perform similarly to The Saturdays (Not Giving Up) and just clinch a top 20 place at the end of the week. I hope so anyway!

Is Cheryl Cole out this week, as she is appearing on the I Tunes chart.

It's available as a pre-order. Not out until the 20th July.

The rate 5SOs are dropping they'll have to have an almighty lead inbthebfirst set of mids to be number 1

It's only Monday and they're dropping so fast :D

Glad to see Budapest doing so well :)

The combined versions, ep sales and phyisical sales is what will hold 5 Seconds to Summer up. Based on one chart entry like Ella Henderson and Ella would easily be number 1.

These would be the multiple versions which are now also plummeting ;)

Unfortunately they probably will have an almighty lead. They did last time. Their EP and physical sales are really not to be underestimated.

These Ed Sheeran instant grats seem to actually be sticking around a bit, with 4 more to come the top 20 is going to be full of them by the end of the week

How long were they number 1 on iTunes last time? It was a day or two wasn't it? They had a 50k lead in the first midweeks last time, but the number two probably wasn't as strong and popular as Ghost which only seems to be increasing sales wise.

I don't think they were #1 on iTunes for much longer than they were this time. Joseph will be able to give a more detailed answer.

This Kworb archive gives a full indication of what SLSP pushed Duke Dumont down to and the decreases it had once it was off #1. It appears that it was #1 for just over a full day.

Thanks, so I see, looks like they were number 1 for about 24 hours longer with SLSP. Either way, I don't doubt they'll have a similar lead to last time - it doesn't look like being number 1 on iTunes is how they make most of their sales unlike most artists. Though I wouldn't be surprised if Ella managed to scrape 90/100k this week and just about beat them to number 1 by the time Sunday swung by. It's quite an exciting chart battle for once!

Indeed it is! Seems like 'Ella's team' are off promoting her album pre-orders now (#53 on iTunes) -- so Ghost will have to use its own (considerable) momentum to take a second week no.1.

I reckon Ghost will do it, (the main) Dont Stop has dropped 30% in a day!

Ella's team have been very clever as they have made 'Ghost' an instant download when pre-ordering the deluxe version of 'Chapter One' so that will contribute a few extra sales! I think 'Ghost' is going to be #1 for a second week but it will be close.

I didn't actually realise Kworb has an archive. This will be useful knowledge for future queries of this nature :P

That opens the door for them to be idiots and delete the single version though. (Very good decision assuming they don't do that though).
