September 6, 200618 yr That makes very interesting reading Graham. Thanks Leaving Robbie and Westlife aside, it amazes me to see that Shakin Stevens has sold more CDs than George Michael  I find that very hard to swallow
September 6, 200618 yr It´s a singles-only list, I suppose. Westlife sales are disapointing for a band who had 12 (?) number ones... Anyway, the album sales are much more important and I´m sure Weslife´s sales are c**p compared to the amount of #1´s they had. In the Music Week list of the decade (2000-2005), they appeared behind Dido even tough they have like 3 times more albums released then her.
September 6, 200618 yr they sell a normal amount for everysingle, they don't sell 1 million with one and 20.000 with the next one. Westlife must be over 5.300.000 now. can we know robbie's last 5 singles sales please?
September 6, 200618 yr Don't forget robbie released 26 singles while westlife 20. Westlife sold 5.3 millions, how many did robbie sell?
September 6, 200618 yr Don't forget robbie released 26 singles while westlife 20. Westlife sold 5.3 millions, how many did robbie sell? Oh good grief  Singles are not important. It's ALBUMS sales which artists are remembered for. -_- According to the list Robbie has sold more singles and has also released more singles since then so is still probebly ahead. Big deal. I could'nt care less if Westlife have infact sold more then him in singles. He is an international star who sells hugely pretty much everywhere except the US, Westlife are only big in the UK :D
