Posted June 27, 201410 yr Ok, so we have seen threads here such as 'design the perfect album' etc... But I thought since the greatest hits album is coming out it would be fun to put what we think their singles should be from all five albums. I know most of the posters on the Sats forum love taking part in these type of things so go ahead and post  Here is mine Chasing Lights Era 1. If This Is Love 2. Issues 3. Up 4. Work 5. Chasing Lights Wordshaker Era 1. Ego 2. Lose Control 3. One Shot Headlines! Era 1. Higher 2. Here Standing 3. Karma On Your Radar Era 1. All Fired Up 2. Last Call 3. Notorious 4. June 27, 201410 yr Anyone saying Work should have been released in the first two singles should just stop after it. As good as Work is, it is far to sexual for a band like The Saturdays to release before their debut album.

Last Call LIVING FOR THE WEEKEND (nothing at all in 2012 - 30 Days rly wasn't needed and did nothing for them in the long term) 1. What About Us (feat. Sean Paul) 2. Not Giving Up 3. August 5, 201410 yr I actually think they got the 'Chasing Lights' campaign perfect - i'm not going to complain because each single (If This Is Love even passed 110,000) sold reasonably well especially in the sales climate. I also think they got the 'Headlines' campaign perfect also. 'Higher' could have been #01 but 'Missing You' would not have done as well as the second single and would have killed all momentum imo. Wordshaker One Shot Ego Here Standing On Your Radar Notorious All Fired Up Faster - Album Release - Get Ready Get Set Living For The Weekend What About Us Disco Love - Album Release - Not Giving Up.
August 5, 201410 yr I've changed my mind with my 'change the discography'. I agree with Lee, Chasing Lights was actually very well handled (mostly) and the right single choices were made. Headlines and On Your Radar as I posted above. Wordshaker Era 1. Ego (released in late October to give a bigger gap between CL and W eras) ---ALBUM RELEASE--- 2. Here Standing 3. One Shot (might not have worked straight after Ego) Living For The Weekend Era 1. What About Us (March; continue promoting the song after release while Rochelle is on maternity leave) 2. Disco Love (August release; I agree with comments in other threads not NGU wouldn't work after WAU, they needed something different) ---ALBUM RELEASE--- 3. Not Giving Up 4. Leave a Light On Finest Selection 1. 808 ---ALBUM RELEASE--- 2. Walking Through The Desert (changed for single mix)
August 5, 201410 yr I actually thinking sacking Jayne could have been a mistake. I hated their image during 'Wordshaker' but I'm sure Jayne would have managed to have continued getting them big slots due to her connections. The Saturdays actually got decent enough slots during 'Chasing Lights' and 'Wordshaker' by performing on Saturday Night Takeaway and Dancing On Ice. If the girls are serious about staying in the public eye they need to get new management and work their asses off for their next campaign as each campaign they seem to be getting lazier and lazier. It's frustrating as a fan to invest so much money for them to spend it on their holidays.
August 5, 201410 yr Chasing Lights Era 1. If This Is Love 2. Issues 3. Up 4. Just Can't Get Enough 5. All Fired Up 2. What Are You Waiting For 3. Notorious 4. Get Ready, Get Set 5. White Lies Living For The Weekend Era 1. What About Us 2. Not Giving Up 3. Disco Love 4. Didn't she leave to manage The Wanted? B-)
