Just found out that this co-written by Ella Eyre :o

I wonder if Sigma will mention her when they go to #1 next week? I'd presume so.

Yeh, it was meant to feature Ella but she (or her label) wanted to move away from features.
I guess the release of this would coincide too much with 'Comeback' so it's understandable.

I think she should have done this song anyway, it could have boosted her career a lot. Sam Smith, Bruno Mars, John Newman, etc. started out their careers with two hit features, and other people like Sia and Pharrell recently got career boosts due to them. Also there are loads of artists who've managed two hits at the same time (I think there was a thread before of people who've had two+ top 10 hits at the same time, and there were quite a few). Perhaps they didn't want her to get typecast as a drum & bass singer.

Paloma sounds good on the song though, so I don't mind that much, but I would like Ella to have a lot of success, so this seems like a missed opportunity to me.

imagine a Paloma and Ella collaboration! my god!!! :o
This is SO similar to Waiting All Night, the structure and even the 'oh ohs' after the chorus sound almost the same, no wonder it was meant for Ella Eyre! I do actually like it though (quite strange as I never got into the Rudimental song at all), growing a lot already.
