July 13, 201412 yr Author Wondering if this might go to penalties again! German fitness levels are much better mind, but Messi playing centrally and closer to goal now so who knows. Is Ozil even playing? Anonnymous.
July 13, 201412 yr So so happy for Germany and their history-making. :D Excellent goal from Goetze, lovely finish off to the match, very very well-deserved winners. The whole of unified Germany can now lay claim to having won a cup. ^_^
July 13, 201412 yr Oh hello Kellan Lutz (so uberly pissed that Argentina lost ugh but it was foreseeable)
July 13, 201412 yr Author Well played Germany. Would have loved Argentina to win, but Germany the best team over the tournament. Some awful subs by the Argentina coach, taking Higauin off was a bad move. Mascherano and Schweinstieger were immense. In a period dominated by total attacking football, there were some excellent defensive displays.
July 13, 201412 yr Yes - excellent and deserved winners. Congratulations to Germany! It also means I've won the work sweepstake. Fantastisch.
July 13, 201412 yr Great final. So pleased a 'team' triumphed. The first European team to win in South America.
July 13, 201412 yr Messi wins the Golden Ball What kind off ass licking  Edited July 13, 201412 yr by *Tim
July 13, 201412 yr Messi wins the Golden Ball Someone please help me breath while I'm laughing at the FIFA  Having the award presented at the final is just silly. There's no way Messi was the player of the tournament but many of the contenders will have gone home.
July 13, 201412 yr Messi wins the Golden Ball What kind off ass licking   Has to be down to sponsorship!
July 13, 201412 yr Author Rodriquez or Mascherano should have won Player of the Tournament, but it's obviously down to sponsors, and they usually go for names above performances. Happens in every Man of the Match award.
July 13, 201412 yr I really wanted Argentina to win this game!! They had many chances to score but they were very unlucky and the "ball always punishes" (a greek phrase). .Where was God??? I have only one song for Argentina tonight.. 4Spy3Nd2D6w Edited July 13, 201412 yr by Insomnio
