It's now available to pre-order worldwide (apart from the UK because you know over seven years since her last album isn't enough time to build up release) First live performance on the 24th July! I Can't Wait! Video premiers on Vevo on July 29th along with the single release.

I read on Twitter that the video is also out on the 29th, but that could just be a rumour.
