I haven't got an official source for this but according to a topic on UK Mix forum, 'I Believe' is the 5th single from Jessica Mauboy's third album 'Beautiful'. The version being released as a single is a new mix with the new title 'I Believe (Anything Is Possible)'. It follows on 'Never Be The Same' which reached the Australian top 10 and Eurovision single 'Sea of Flags'. According to UK Mix, it was serviced to radio in Australia this week.

 

It was reported back in May that Jessica will be performing at the Closing Ceremony of the Commonwealth Games as part of the "handover" of the Games from Scotland to Australia. Maybe Jessica will be performing this single?

 

Here is the album version of the track and it's a great single choice in my opinion!

 

How is she STILL sitting on Kick Up Your Heels?! Madness. This is a fantastic choice though, despite leaving KUYH the singles have been spot on this era but I think it's because it's one of those albums where she could release pretty much anything and if would be a good single choice. Very interested to hear this new mix!

I am glad Jessica is getting a push in the UK, hopefully Kick Up Your Heels will be the second single in the UK. Then follow it up with Inescapable.

The new mix was released on Australian iTunes a couple of days ago, I hope it gets released here soon as I'd love to listen to the full studio version of it.

If it's still not up later this week I can chuck it up. I bought it from Aussie iTunes earlier this evening. Can add it to the album version of I Believe on my youtube account ^_^

Just bought it does sound weird after loving the original for nearly a year :lol: it's becoming my fave on Beautiful too, although Kick Up Your Heels and To The End Of The Earth up a good fight! It's so hard to choose though, there's nothing below an 8/10 imo.

Easy, I bought $100 of iTunes credit when I was on holiday in November to recharge the account I set up when I lived there. I've had Aussie iTunes for over 5 years. Its served my NatBass and Jess looning rather well.

So properly listening to this in studio form and I love the refresh to the backing track but Christ alive the Chorus feels clunky as f***. I don't know if it's just because I'm literally obsessed with the album version or if it is genuinely clunky.
