At the end of the day, making it to the quarter finals is nothing to sniff at. Fair enough she deserved to be in the final at least however Strictly is effectively a popularity contest and Pixie, as I predicted, just wasn't connecting with the public enough to keep her safe. It is an absolute liberty that Simon somehow managed to stay over her, though

 

Anyway, onwards and upwards for Frankie - hopefully she can pull out all the stops and win this thing. :D

Unless the saturdays can make radio 2 friendly songs there's no hope of BBC supporting them again. They're on the same boat as Pixie unfortunately :/ If anything it could give Frankie a minor success as a solo artist if she wins maybe?

Frankie will be too busy with the Strictly tour to even attempt a solo career and when she will have time to actually release something on her own, she'll be forgotten and the new serie would be starting again a few weeks after.
