May 28, 20214 yr 1.05m sales for 'Born This Way' (album):Â https://www.officialcharts.com/chart-news/l...versary__33254/Â 'A Star is Born' is finally 2x Platinum too:Â @1398287948483686400
June 22, 20214 yr 18th June: 3,136,877 - The Fame 602,997 - A Star Is Born 152,670 - Chromatica 2,166,363 - Shallow 1,066,176 - Rain on Me  Chromatica sold 1,287 copies at #97: 802 physicals, 478 streaming, 7 downloads. This makes me wonder how many copies the UK stores received of the RSD vinyl, considering that some of those 802 will be other formats. 700? Less? 11,000 were produced and apparently 8,000 of them remained in the US. The black vinyl seemed really limited here too. I'm sure there must be plenty of UK fans who haven't managed to get a copy of it yet. Its sales were up 103.2% compared to a week before, meaning it either sold 633 or 634 copies for the chart week of 11th June. The previously known total for Chromatica was 141,148 on 26th February, so it's gained 11,522 since then. Its average weekly sales from 5th March to 11th June (15 weeks) was 682 copies. Usually it takes 800-900 copies, sometimes over 900 copies, to go Top 200.
June 22, 20214 yr Huge thanks for the update Jay! 600/weekly is ok I guess? It'll reach 200k by the end of 2022 and eventually platinum.
June 23, 20214 yr From OCC: Upon its original release in May 2011, Born This Way became Gaga's second UK Number 1 album and was an instant hit - outselling the rest of the Top 10 combined on its release week with sales of 216,000 copies. Its total UK chart sales to date stand at 1.05 million, including 794k physical copies, 198k downloads and 56k album equivalent streams. In total, the album's 17 tracks have racked up a collection 2.15 million downloads and 123.9 million streams in the UK. It also spawned an enviable run of hits, including three consecutive Top 10 hits on the Official Singles Chart in the form of the title track (Number 3) synth-pop banger Judas (8) and the power ballad Edge of Glory (6). Born This Way itself remains Gaga's sixth best-selling single in the UK as a whole.  And of those three top 10s, they remain the album's most popular tracks. Born This Way reached seven figures with 1.07 million chart sales, including a mammoth 726,000 downloads.  Coming in second is roadblock ballad The Edge of Glory, with a total of 847k chart sales. Its stripped-back music video - a departure from this era's overblown visuals where Gaga wanders down a street in vintage Versace - is also the collection's most streamed. Bad Romance sequel Judas, produced by frequent collaborator RedOne, bounces in at Number 3 with chart sales totalling 444k. Marry The Night, the final single from the album (which premiered exclusively in Farmville!), crashes in at fourth with 290k chart sales, and the Queen-sampling Yoü and I comes in fifth, amassing 258k chart sales. So, BTW the album: 1.05M BTW the single: 1.07M TEOG: 847k Judas: 444k MTN: 290k Y&I: 258k

June 23, 20214 yr Author I updated the first post! And added bigger and better resolution cover arts. That Shallow cover art everyone thought was official was recently outed as fanmade :o Was not sure if Joanne, Till It Happens and 911 count as singles so I put them in promo singles post :kink:
June 23, 20214 yr Born This Way itself remains Gaga's sixth best-selling single in the UK as a whole. So ROM surpassed Born This Way and became Gaga's fifth biggest song in the UK, huge
June 23, 20214 yr Author So ROM surpassed Born This Way and became Gaga's fifth biggest song in the UK, huge  So Rain On Me and Born This Way have both outsold Telephone now? :o I thought Telephone might have still been ahead as the 1.01m figure for it is from May last year
June 23, 20214 yr So Rain On Me and Born This Way have both outsold Telephone now? :o I thought Telephone might have still been ahead as the 1.01m figure for it is from May last year You might be right, these three songs should have very close sales, Telephone should have a little over 1.07M and BTW was Gaga's sixth biggest song as of last week (when they should have collected the data for the article) , however, Rain On Me, if not passed it yet, will pass BTW by the end of this week and Telephone next week. Currently, it should look like this: 1. Shallow 2. Poker Face 3. Bad Romance 4. Just Dance 5. Telephone 6. Rain On Me 7. Born This Way
