September 21, 201410 yr Author Aside: It's too late to change it now, but I've realised the point-exchanging question should really be reformed a little. (when it's in the predicta, it wasn't there last month) Something like keep the 10 or nothing scoring system if you predict one country will give another nothing (because that's always the easy option), but increment points depending on how far you are out - because it makes no sense to reward with nothing for predicting an exchange of 4 points when it turns out to be actually 5 but give 10 points for predicting an outcome that with everything equal, has a 2/3rd chance of happening. When was picking, I tried to pick pairs from the countries I had left who I thought had a good chance of giving each other points to avoid that but it's always a bit of a problem.

September 21, 201410 yr It's sometimes better to mix the answers up a bit so you can salvage some points rather than putting all your eggs in one basket. So if R.A.B.B.I.I. won, Chris would get points for predicting a mixed group to win, rather than losing out on both questions if Karen doesn't win. (if that makes sense, i get you chris~)
