They're still really pushing it to be Abi, that's why Lauren was avoiding home and is reluctant to report it.

 

It could srill be Whitney given that her and Lauren are in the same circles etc. and obviously know each other well, but I agree it's probably a Beale or Branning. I'm still thinking Jane.

It just can't be Abi. She's developed a dark side but only so that we could suspect her. She acted shifty the episode after Lucy died which was the time many cast members said they thought she'd be the killer. It just feels so set up as a red herring.

Abi is not strong enough to pull this off.

That's why I've really started thinking it's Jane, instead of Abi. It's too obvious and she can't be relied upon to deliver in the live episodes! I think they're being quite clever by doing this, because I've seen so many people thinking its Abi that it'll make it more of a shock when it isn't her.

Abi's behaviour is extremely natural of a teenager who's fed up with her mental family but is emotionally maturing a little later than expected. It doesn't mean she's a murderer. Also she's hardly a really well known character so she wouldn't have the impact some if the others would. People think it would shock the audience if it was her but it just wouldn't make sense. Same as if it were Pam or Les.
