'What I Did For Love' has been sent out to radio today with an impact date of 15th Feb, so it's officially the 3rd (or 5th if you have the deluxe edition) single from 'Listen'. It was pretty obvious really, so here's hoping it can climb back into the Top 40 as it is a good song. :)

meh. was kinda hoping it would just be a promo single and they'd push Bang My Head next, but it was obvious it'd get a proper push.

I really want 'S.T.O.P.' (aka 'A Sky Full Of Stars part II) to be a single as it is absolutely wonderful.

What I did for love is a great song. Should help the album.

Next single after WIDFL is Hey Mama feat. Nicki Minaj and Afrojack

I bet "Goodbye Friend" will get snubbed :( But "Hey Mama" is pretty good, albeit predictable. I'm interested in how this new Guetta/Nicki collab will fare.

Why is that? Lovers on the sun made no1 and Dangerous went top5. Hardly a non event but saleswise not as successful as his last album.

Massive flop? What I did for love is a fantastic tune and one of the best songs on the album. Hopefully it will do well. There is an 8 track CD single of remixes being released in Germany.

I was talking about 'Hey Mama', I really hope it doesn't do well.

 

I wouldn't mind What I Did For Love underperforming too though, it's good but not one of my favourites

I can't believe how poorly this album has been handled, the first four singles were abysmal and weirdly enough the album tracks are rather incredible. I'm hoping 'Yesterday' is released also.

Fantastic choice! One of the best unreleased tracks in my books :D

 

Also 1 number 1, 2 top 10s & 2 other top 40s is the most successful "flop" album ever then!

He's re-releasing his album on 27th November with some new songs ie "Clap Your Hands"

The re-release looks very poor. Only a few new tracks including remixed versions of other songs. Not worth buying.
