As has been mentioned already by someone in this thread, Jameela often finds herself speaking in a slightly weird tone of voice, almost whispering to the nation. An example of this is when reading Zhu's Facebook page's statement: "Music is Faceless. Let my music tell my story". The best part of this, however, is that she questions why she's doing it in the first place immediately after :lol:

Interviewing

 

 

Jameela's interviews are always fun to listen to. Partly cause she's barking mad but also because the questions are fairly predictable a lot of the time. "What's the song about?", "What happens in the video?" etc. are all BOUND to come up, as well as my personal favourite, which hasn't happened in a while but it DID happen for a good few weeks!!

 

"How does it feel to be ahead of Pharrell Williams and ________?"

 

The gap being filled in by any particular artist that week. Pharrell getting that constant relevance *_*

I LIKE US BETTER WHEN WE'RE WASTED. Or is it "naked"? The slightly odd censored version of Tiesto's hit Wasted removes all references to drinking and makes out that getting naked is way more appropriate. Fun. Jameela took the mick out of this by introducing "the Naked version" of Wasted every week before questioning why they had to play this version at all. :wub:

All of Me by John Legend is one of the biggest hits of the year. A million "seller", almost at 40 weeks in the top 40, and hasn't been out of the top 30 since it entered the top 40 earlier this year. Jameela often told us that John sang this at Kimye's wedding earlier this year, but most interestingly, she made a CONFESSION :o She told the nation that she's found herself singing All of Me....to pizza. Oh Jameela :wub:

It's common knowledge that swearing on the radio is just a huge NO NO, and this is made especially clear when the chart show hosts a competition to win tickets, where a randomly chosen caller has to recite a phrase given by Jameela earlier in the show when they answer the phone (more on this later). One week, Jameela stated "you'll be live on national radio, please do NOT swear, or I WILL hate you". And who could upset Jameela???

We all know ACTUAL is a key catchphrase of Jameela's and we have LOADS more of that to come. However, it deserves a separate instance here, where Jameela played Fancy by Iggy Azalea at #9 one week, before announcing #8 and accidentally playing Fancy again, with the easily recognisable intro bursting in. Jameela, of course, quickly stopped it playing, before announcing what "ACTUAL 8" was *_*

The "please do not swear" one is a personal fave of mine :heart: :wub:
