#250-#201 recap

208. Lea Michele - Cannonball - 186 points

221. Ellie Goulding - Goodness Gracious - 174 points

227. One Direction - Steal My Girl - 169 points

232. The Saturdays - Walking Through The Desert - 165 points

239. Lily Allen - Hard Out Here - 161 points

Great to see a Lea Michele track here, I'm assuming probably the only one?! Such a great pop chune, I really wish things would have worked out better for her.

Goodness Gracious is probably one of my favorite Ellie Goulding songs EVAH.

Walking Through the Desert also an AMAZING Saturday's song, wish they would have given this a release as well.

Great selection here, looking forward to seeing the rest!

Goodness Gracious was an excellent single choice from Ellie, glad she's been so successful this era. Hope she continues growing in to a huge star because she has such soothing yet haunting vocals, she's such an interest vocalist that I love her on type of tune (ballads, dance tunes). She's so diverse *-*

Walking through The Desert should be the sort of track The Sats should have come back with, or even 808. This GH era could've been so much more different. Shame they're sort of over now because they have been a big part of my teen years :(

I wouldn't say Goodness Gracious is MY fave but it is glorious.

Walking through the desert is something fun and different for them. That should have been the lead single imo.

I don't know if she'll keep being successful because to me she seems more like a temporary successful artist of that makes sense.

I agree about WTTD. It is different for the. I don't think it's the end of the girls yet. :cheer:

Thanks all.

So we've covered the down and outs of the chart. The Scum if you will (that doesn't actually apply to anything I listen to). Next is the real deal. The top 200. :cheer:

It may come as a surprise to many to see a clean bandit track this low but these things happen. especially with subpar tracks like this one.

This was a bjsc from another participant and has been one of my faves all year! BoA's music is fantastic!

MASAYUME CHASING is amazing, I really didn't think I'd be a fan of asian pop when I joined BJSC but I've loved it all, it really gets to you. I think this is the best asian-pop entry in the six contests I've been in BJSC too.

Come Over was a nice single from Clean Bandit but not as good as Extraordinary or Rather Be. They completely wiped the floor with Real Love though..

Get Down was actually something decent coming from James Arthur (shock !) but most of his music and personality was rotten so I'm glad he's gone for good now.

MASAYUME CHASING is glorious. Certainly one of my faves of the whole contest all year

Come Over was a bit bland for ye especially when Mozart's House was my EOY #1 last year :o. Get Down is the only James Arthur song I will ever like. I've never liked use or his music.

No doubt this would have been #1 on my chart and had a massive chart run had it not been overplayed for the last two years. Such a gorgeous song for her to sing ❤

This is without a doubt my fave Katy Perry song and that's the reason it manages to sneak in here for the second year in a row albeit rather low but still. Also this is the first of a Katy Perry double :cheer:

One of the very best on Britney Jean if I do say so myself! The fact that Britney Jean bombed doesn't mean anything though I don't think.

Ahh Dido. Get your butt back out here with some White flag material!
I would have been disappointed if This Is How We Do had finished lower than a four-year-old Katy song
