January 22, 201510 yr I really don't think Bridesmaids are a big deal. Some people literally just have their sister and their oldest friend, some people have everyone and their mother and some people have none as Bridesmaids.
January 22, 201510 yr I mean as in, they might say that don't expect music any time soon but it's possible for the future. A split to me is very final and I don't think any of the girls would want that to be the case.
January 22, 201510 yr So basically Frankie's getting too big for her boots and the other girls are ditching her. DraggedT
January 22, 201510 yr Frankie didn't even have the girls as her bridesmaids where as Una and Rochelle did  Frankie also didn't sell her wedding photos to a magazine and therefore didn't need to have the other girls as her bridesmaids Not that it matters anyway. Cheryl Cole had Nadine Coyle & Sarah Harding as bridesmaids and well look at them now lol
January 22, 201510 yr Una and Rochelle DESPERATE for those Magazine deals unlike Frankie. I really don't see how no magazine being interested enough to purchase Frankie ha wedding pictures makes Una and Rochelle desperate but drag your own fave I guess http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/korn0818/67d90ee8.gif

"We're not intending on releasing any new music soon, BUT [insert group member's name] will be doing [insert project], but nothing is impossible [or something else cheesy], we might release another album next year". Definitely no official split, with a proper statement. From them? Lol, never.
January 22, 201510 yr can i just say that EVEN if they have been dropped, they can release independently or through another label. last year they sold almost 100,000 singles, the year before they sold 750,000 singles - its far from over. 2014 - What Are You Waiting For and Not Giving Up sold about, what, 20K each (at a push? ) 2013 - What About Us sold about 370K, Disco Love 130K, Gentleman about 40K = 540K. Where are you getting these crazy sales figures from?
January 22, 201510 yr They won't 'split' officially but I can't see them releasing anything past an odd EP now. Independently would be quite awful - no promotion, marketing, budget for a proper photo-shoot, they will probably struggle to make the top 40/50 altogether that way.

Where are you getting these crazy sales figures from? WAU sold at least 500,000 worldwide Disco Love would have sold approx 150,000 by now Gentleman sold 53,000 copies in the UK by August 2013. That makes 703,000 copies that we know of out of these singles. Then you must consider back catalogue sales, international sales (small yes, but still add up including ireland) Not Giving Up had sold over 30,000 copies in its first month on sale in the UK WAYWF must have sold at least 25,000 copies in the UK alone Then add in sales of the track releases' Please Mr Postman and Christmas Wrapping. Then add cherry picks of the greatest hits record Continued precedes of WAU and DL in the iTunes charts in early to late 2014 Then add international sales and other back catalogue sales .... so my number for 2014 may be a little OTT, but not as crazy as you'd have suggested. :P
January 23, 201510 yr I think the only reason they seem distant lately is because we haven't seen them together  That's what happens when you go on hiatus. Although I can't help but notice that Mollie and Rochelle don't seem as close as they used to be. And Frankie and Una have never seemed that close...
January 23, 201510 yr The latest sales figures had WAU on 107k, Disco Love on 160k. I think WAYWF would only be on about 25k max, but I think NGU is one roughly 50k. Gentleman would probably me on 60k now.
January 23, 201510 yr Singles are hardly going to make them money anyway though, so I doubt they would decide not to drop them on those sales alone.
January 23, 201510 yr Singles are hardly going to make them money anyway though, so I doubt they would decide not to drop them on those sales alone. Indeed, albums, and even more so tours are what sells. They may have made very little, broke even or made a loss with the tour. No night sold out and loads of the tickets were sold B1G1F. Wembley is very expensive to hire, so only filling 5000/12000 (loads of them on Groupon) can't have been good for them money-wise

Although I can't help but notice that Mollie and Rochelle don't seem as close as they used to be. And Frankie and Una have never seemed that close... I know I have said this before, but when you look back at old flips and compare them to the newer ones, Mollie has changed so much. :( I don't see that innocence she had around Headlines and how funny she used to be in interviews and stuff. I kind of disagree about Frankie and Una. I have seen photos and interviews where they do actually seem quite pally :o ! We need another FierceNess night out though
January 23, 201510 yr I don't think they'll "split" in the hope that they'll still get private/corporate gigs or festivals and those sort of gigs. Obviously they're not going to get the main stage at V the way they used to, but the smaller but still profitable gigs. They played a few corporate gigs during Frankie's turn on Strictly that noone would've known about had Frankie not mentioned during her VTs on Strictly that she was doing a show with the band.

January 23, 201510 yr I really just want one final single from them. I know there's no chance of them ever being popular again (they'll now have FIVE children) but oh just one final music video would be amazing. I used to love sitting up late waiting for midnight on YouTube so their new music videos would premiere. Now all we look forward to is a picture of the five of them together. :(

January 23, 201510 yr I don't think Mollie has changed at all? We don't really get decent flips any more so it's hard to judge her personality, but on Chasing The Saturdays I thought she was just as likeable and innocent as she was during the 2009 flips.
