'Wicked Love'

Definitely one of my favorite tracks from the album as well. I've always heard Rihanna in the opening verse :o

Playing catch up so I'm sorry for going back a few days :P

Solo Dancing is one song I never really got, Heart On Fire was much stronger imo but I guess nobody really agrees on that. It did grow on me and that video was erm... interesting?

Last Night is definitely my favourite from The Vamps so I'm glad to see it so high here, the chorus is undeniably catchy (as are all of their songs) but this is just ever so slightly better than Can We Dance/Somebody to You for me.

All Hands On Deck is really huge, if it's not the next single then I'd be devastated. Could surely be quite big for an R&B tune. Glad 2 On is getting another shot though, would like it to at least reach T100 officially.

(Everything and Next Thing are the best Little Red album tracks for me)

Does it stop your heart to know you're not my sunshine anymore?

61. Kylie Minogue – Into The Blue

62. Oh, Be Clever - Next 2 U

63. Kelela – The High

64. G.R.L. – Ugly Heart

65. SZA - Shattered Ring

SZA continues her dominance of 2014 with this incredibly emotive number. While she assumes this new persona in the album, she still maintains moments of vulnerability and though the lyrics of the song are her at her most powerful, her delicate vocals reveal a more timid, lonely individual behind the bravado. Is she singing about her shattered sexuality, a broken relationship, the loss of her innocence or all of the above? An exciting but tough year for G.R.L. packed with a series of emotions - i shared them all in my appreciation for 'Ugly Heart'. I hope they continue as a band and sing for Simone's legacy. Kelela's forgotten gem 'The High' storms high into my top 100, a song packed with so much i tend to get lost halfway through and have to restart it to pick myself back up again; wonderfully sung she really is a diamond. And turning up the volume somewhat the EXPLOSIVE 'Next 2 U' from Oh, Be Clever a highlight from this year's BJSC and the big comeback from Queen Kylie with the sensual 'Into The Blue'. I have yet to hear a full album from her, but her singles are always on point so long may she bring them out.

I've never listened to a Kylie album but I agree with the indisputable fact that her singles are quality, Better The Devil You Know will never be topped though....

Ugly Heart is great and I'm glad it got longevity in the end, hope they keep making songs like this well into the future.

Don't know the rest 'cos of your super indie/rnb taste ~ be a mainstream hoe like me

Life's too short not to take risks

23. Josef Salvat - In Your Prime

Diamonds / Open Season / Shoot and Run

24. Ben Howard - I Forgot Where We Were

Evergreen / Conrad / Small Things

Two beautiful sounding men making up the next two albums here. The first from Ben Howard was a distinct move away from his earlier material. The wishy wavy airy sounds of the debut are here met with a more gritty, real, earthy sound. It's wonderfully done and the entire album flows meticulously from start to finish, never ebbing below an interesting level but never really peaking at insane heights. The perfect background music (and i mean that in a very nice way!). And he is followed up by the beautiful sounding and visually pleasing Josef Salvat who has been on my radar ever since i fell in love with 'Hustler' from him last year. But it seems in 2014 he really came into his own, his prime if you will. Though there is nothing as strong as that song, the music is still as deadly, the lyrics still as enticing and his voice is still as intoxicating. He really needs to be destined for big things in the new year because a talent as raw and devoted as this going to waste will be a great shame.

Ben Howard's really surprised me and it was quite beautiful, could've done without the tracks being THAT long though even though I don't know what he could cut out. Conrad is huge highlight but IFWWW >>>.

Ugly Heart WAY TOO LOW here!! Fix yo'self x

Austin :D I've kinda forgotten about his EP but it was enjoyable nonetheless.

'Next 2 U' is my earliest BJSC memory, i.e. the first song I liked in my first contest  That chorus is everything, really says it all in just a few words.

I think it works as one of those albums you put on in the background and just let it run all the way through so the lengths don't bother me too much. The title track is a beauty too <3

I can still remember my earliest BSJC love (and it's still my favourite song from the contest/favourite song of 2013 for me) so i know how important that is. The chorus really is everything. SO big

I feel like spending my nights alone

56. Cher Lloyd - Sirens

57. Azealia Banks - Chasing Time

58. Nicki Minaj – Anaconda

59. Luke James - Dancing in the Dark

60. Tinashe - Wildfire

V urban, v kool B-) Starting with my favourite album track from Tinashe the HOT 'Wildfire' - there are so many tracks she has to release and produce videos for, but it's this that demands it the most. As fierce as they come. Next up the sensual, seductive, sexy Luke James, a BJSC entry from ourselves and a hugely enjoyable aural and visual treat. V lickable~ And forever keeping it classy and graceful. is Ms Minaj with the undeniably iconic 'Anaconda'. She had much better moments this year, as the chart will reveal but i couldn't help but fall in love with the zaniness of this track (helped by fun escapades in Sheffield with the song's biggest fanbot). Chasing time by name and nature next, Azealia proves that away from the Twitter antics, she is still capable of producing banging tunes. If she dedicated as much time into her music as she did her ratchet vibes, she'd be my #1 but alas she must settle for a middling 57/100. And finally Cher Lloyd who narrowly missed out on the albums chart, here makes her presence known with her best song to date; introduced to me by LexC gurl and approved by him so you know it MUST be good~ the gloriously beautiful 'Sirens' rang loud for me this year and i've never really paid attention to her before it. I'll be following her much closer if she keeps it as strong as this. <3

Have to agree with Joseph! Ugly Heart is way too low! Looking forward to the rest, however! :D

Well it still IS good :heehee: I've not just listened in a little while oops.

Into The Blue *.* Such a shame that couldn't go top 10 for her, it's great.
