I believe if the song becomes hit in US, that the rest of the world will follow.

AFAIK the video hasn't even been shown on UK television yet. I'm sure when it does it will enter the Top 100 on iTunes!

never lol no, she had always hits in Europe with each era.. even WB was top 10 in some European countries. Germany, Netherlands and Austria are the only countries which has stopped support her by that I mean she has missed top 10 in last few eras with lead singles. and yeah Womanizer was her last hit in Germany Austria and Dutch coz she promoted that era in Europe ;) TTWE was her last European hit.

Work Bitch going top 10 in like 5 European countries based on first week sales does not define being a hit. Where is it on the Year End Chart? True I forgot about TTWE being pretty big in Europe, but that's years ago and Pretty Girls is right now not looking likely to change the fact that she hasn't had a pan-european hit in years.

 

I like Pretty Girls, but it isn't setting the charts alight and it is in my opinion not good enough to bring her back into the spotlight.

I have just mentioned that even WB even reached top 10 in some countries, not that it was a hit.

 

S&S was like massive hit too. and that way 2 years ago, it's not like that she didn't had recently any hits. S&S had zero performances but it was heavily supported by radios.. so if PG doesn't get that it wont be hit, simply as that.

I'm thinking this will perform similarly to Fergie's 'LA Love' (but with a lower peak here in the UK - like #13 or something). If it can do that and grab about 4 weeks top 40, I'll be happy tbh.

Pretty girls is much more likeable than LA Love.

I'm really pleased at how well this is holding up on UK iTunes actually. Of course I'd like it to be higher, but at least it seems to be safely inside the top 400 right now.
