Helping keep "Space" atop the Hot 100: Swift sang it to open the Victoria's Secret 2014 Fashion Show, which aired on CBS on Dec. 9. She also gave 1989 track "Style" its first televised performance; the song, which had spent a week on the Hot 100 at No. 60 in the same frame that 1989 launched atop the Billboard 200 (Nov. 15), re-enters the Hot 100 at No. 76, returning to Digital Songs at No. 21 (48,000, up a whopping 261 percent). Sources tell Chart Beat that "Style" is likely to be the next radio single from 1989, after "Space" has wrapped its run.

This is probably my second choice for a single behind Welcome To New York (based on personal opinion), but I'd say it's probably a better single choice than WTNY. Fabulous song <3

I was really hoping Out Of The Woods would be officially announced as the next single :( Notch massive fan of Style.

Wildest dreams, out of the woods, bad blood, I know places and all you had to do was stay would have been better single choices for me

Out Of The Woods is SO overrated. It is a 9/10 tbf but it's about 6th or 7th and the album for me maybe and eveyrone acts like it's one of her best songs ever or something :(

Oh it isnt my favourite, it is just the most obvious single choice! Much like how Dark Horse was for Katy Perry (even though Dark Horse is now one of her worst for me).

I hoped Welcome To New York would be the next single :(

Was really hoping for 'Wildest Dreams' but this is very good too after i initially overlooked it. Really anything but 'Welcome to New York' or 'Bad Blood' ^_^

It's so many leagues ahead of anything else she's done.

 

Singles should be Woods, Wildest Dreams, How to Get the Girl and maybe Bad Blood.

she has a total goldmine and she can release a good two thirds of the album (as i'm sure she will eventually doing)

 

if anything saving something even stronger like 'woods' for later on could help it sell the record better (though the singles chart run might be the only thing to suffer)

This, much like Blank Space, wasn't one of my instant highlights upon first hearing the album but now it's one that I go back to the most. Sounds like the most obvious single choice to me too, although OOTW isn't far behind in those stakes.

I also think 'Out Of The Woods' is over-rated. I mean I really love it and would be thrilled if it was a single but the way people act it is like it is so far ahead of the other material on the album when everything is soooo good. 'Style' will do really well I think.
