Currently getting really into Heartbreakcity Live. Her raspy vocals in the first verse are almost off-putting but they reflect the tone of the song well and the interspersed f***S/profanities offer something more harrowing than the studio version. I love the song anyway but the live version is really doing it for me right now.

I agree, the mood of the song allows her signature ballad vocal to really work. I'm still gutted 'Love Don't Live Here Anymore' was cut out, but the song as it is still sounds fab.

 

I'm on a tour buzz from seeing Blondie at the weekend and I need Madonna to go on tour again so I can see her! Do a Beyonce and have the tour before the album release! :lol:

Rebel Heart Tour is airing on BBC 2 on Saturday 13th at 10:30pm! Probably won't watch live but will watch on catch-up (given I still haven't purchased the DVD!).

Well I only got half way because I was so tired, but 'True Blue' into 'Deeper & Deeper' was fantastic; was so lovely to see everyone embracing one another and sing along to 'True Blue' and for that to be extended by the euphoric anthem of 'Deeper & Deeper'.

 

My only gripe is that the tour is so heavily processed and that's quite intrusive to your enjoyment. Not so much in the more intimate moments like above and not enough to complete spoil it, but it is a niggle.
