Posted January 19, 201510 yr So the annual Superbowl takes place of Sunday 1st February, this year with it being the New England Patriots vs Seattle Seahawks. The Pats breezed through against the Colts, whilst the Seahawks had one of the greatest ever NFL comebacks against the Green Pay Packers. Who are you supporting if your team has been knocked out?? Half time show is from Katy Perry. Clue: The Superbowl is a massive event. BuzzJack also has a massive event once a year. Do you remember the first?
January 28, 201510 yr I usually support the team from wherever I'd rather visit, so I'm stuck this year. Supported Seahawks last year and the Pats in 2012.
January 29, 201510 yr Don't really watch American Football to be honest. Sorry. Live coverage of the Superbowl will be live on Channel 4 from 10:30pm on Sunday.
February 1, 201510 yr Author Not long to go now... Lots of talk in the pre-match build up that if the Patriots win, Brady will go down as the best QB ever. Slightly jumping the gun there.
February 2, 201510 yr Author No-one else watching? Seahawks do nothing for almost the first half, but one big throw and they're level. Think this will be a really tight game throughout.
February 2, 201510 yr I am watching as I am from America and football is like a religion or something! Go Patriots (even if the only reason I know what the teams are is because my dad loves the Patriots)!

Go Patriots (even if the only reason I know what the teams are is because my dad loves the Patriots)! Yes that's how I got in to it - you can't be in America and not support a football team!
February 2, 201510 yr Last year's game was pretty one-sided wasn't it? Glad this one's been close the whole time, would rather the Seahawks won but I'm happy with either! Edit-just checked and yeah, the final score last year was 43-8.
February 2, 201510 yr Looks like Tom Brady gets the record after all. Note to self: only care about the Halftime show.
February 2, 201510 yr I watched purely for the halftime show and I only have a rudimentary understanding of football but damn, those last 20 seconds tho

They lost the Superbowl themselves.
February 2, 201510 yr They had it on at work last night, frankly the stop-start and endless going to adverts was quite annoying- but the final 3 minutes were quite exciting, especially the 'worst call in Superbowl history'. They had plenty of time but panicked at the last minute.
February 2, 201510 yr What an ending. Patriots WR Julian Edelman went to the same college as me, although not at the same time. It's a small school with a historically sub-par football program so everyone here's really thrilled at how well he's done. I was hoping he might win MVP though!

They had plenty of time but panicked at the last minute. I've seen loads of conspiracy theories. Most plausible is the reason Wilson threw is because he wanted to be MVP haha. Such an utter bizzare call, it wasn't even like it was the final play of the move or anything. If Patriots won Brady was always going to get MVP. He's really lucky he's had two excellent receivers throughout his time at the Pats, and of course and utterly mad coach.
February 2, 201510 yr It was a real thriller, Im not a big fan of the sport but this is always such an amazing event that I think anyone would enjoy it.
