Lovefreekz 'Shine' (2005)

debuted at #6 10 years ago now (yes it's that old) samples Electric Light Orchestra (not that I knew that at the time) and makes a great job of it!

Ian Van Dahl's follow up to 'Castles In The Sky' was 'Will I'. It was a Top 5 hit, but it's pretty much forgotten now, which is a shame as I think it would still have been a hit today.

Classic gem from Faithless from 2001.

Sandy B - Make The World Go Round (Deep Dish Remix) [1996]

Love this!

This went on to inspire Let Me Show You by Camisra

Which was also remixed by Tall Paul, and featured in the excellent Channel 4 sitcom Spaced

Which was mixed specially for the show with The A Team theme tune!

  even better than the song they're best known for (You're A Superstar), well worth a listen!

Another 50p buy from Woolworths bargain trance bin that I picked up during a stolen lunch hour back in the previous decade.

Josh Damon Gabriel & David Mitchel Dresden collab. with Jes Brieden on vocals which reached #11 (after selling 9,600 copies) on the UK singles chart in January 2004.

Sounding just perfect this morning, a big favourite of mine from 1997.

One of my favourite classic dance hits is "Killer". It was released in May 1990 and it was No.1 in U.k for 4 weeks!!!

Overshadowed by Pump Up The Jam, Get Up was the second single released from Technotronic's debut album. It managed the same feat as its predecessor and reached #2 on the UK Singles Chart way back in early 1990.
